We had exceptionally good service from James Gibson, who has been by far the most helpful estate agent I've had in years of flat hunting! I recently bought a flat marketed by Taylors. I really recommend their services for anyone looking to buy. They're a really friendly team with a very personal but professional approach. James is very proactive and took me on viewings according to the type of property I was looking for. Always with a smile! Paige is very accommodating, even staying late to fit in a viewing last minute. Sian was especially helpful in the final (stressful!) stages of the property purchase. Myself and my partner bought our first property in February this year, and the Taylors team were absolutely amazing. With it being my first time even considering purchasing a property, I was feeling very 'deer in the headlights' when it came to finding a property, especially because I had such a limited budget. Sian was so incredibly patient with me, with my hundred and one questions , and even more so when my mum had a million and one more. Despite having an unconventional move from England to Cardiff, she really helped keep the process streamlined. James and Paige were also super accommodating, especially when I wanted to revisit the property numerous times to help build my Pinterest board and measure up for furniture. After trawling through Right Move and all the other various property websites applying for properties, it was wonderful to get a friendly phone call from Jordan. The property he showed me was a very close second to the property I eventually went for, but he was a wonderful individual to work with.
