After viewing several properties to rent, Accord Sales and Lettings managed to show me a newly decorated property just at the right time. From the start, they came across as highly professional, with the properties they advertise being presented to a very high standard and clearly selected with care to appeal to prospective tenants.
In comparison to my experience with other letting agents, Accord has really stood out. Their communication was excellent throughout — prompt, clear, and consistent — and they made sure to keep me updated at every stage of the process.
What impressed me most was the personal touch. The team were genuinely considerate of my personal circumstances and treated the entire process with understanding and respect. I dealt with Sharon, who showed us around the property, and Amanda, who made the key handover smooth and efficient after all checks were swiftly completed.

The team at Accord are fantastic and offered a great service to us from start to finish.
On initial valuation Paul presented lots of research regarding house prices in the local area and trends in the market, and ultimately came up with an accurate valuation we was very happy with. He then organised an open day and sold our house in one day!
After accepting the offer the whole team, especially Gary and Jamie were so helpful and always on hand to give advice along the journey.
Sophie in the Sales Progression team chased where necessary and ensured the sale completed without hiccup.
Overall we are very happy with Accord and would have no problems recommending to anyone looking to sell their house.

Rented out our property in Upminster with Accord, the process went very smoothly, with very fast turnaround and new tenants found and moved in quickly. Received great advice on how to best present the property, and everything was organized quickly and efficiently on our behalf, including all the necessary checks and maintenance before being put on the market. The property was marketed very effectively with a good listing and great photos. Communication was prompt and I was kept up to date on all progress. The fact that they are a local company also makes it very easy to do business. I would definitely recommend to anyone looking to let out a propery in the area!

Nathan and Georgia have been nothing but brilliant throughout my letting process. The property came up for rent on the Friday, Georgia arranged me a viewing on the Saturday, and then I put in an offer and Nathan worked beyond his working hours all weekend to make sure my references and everything went through and he had everything he needed to secure me the property by Monday! Georgia went above and beyond and met be before he working day to allow me into the property to take measurements. It was then Georgia who met me on the move in day, went through anll paperwork and inventory super quick so I could move in . As a first time landlord I was recommended Accord by a friend. I walked into their office in Upminster where I was greeted by very friendly and knowledgeable agents, Who helped me with any questions or queries I had. That same day Nathan came out to view the property and by then end of the day I had an estimated valuation and booked in to have photos taken that same week.
The photos were taken by Georgie who was very fast and professional with this and made the property look a true reflection on camera as it is in person.
The property was listed with Accord for no longer than a week when we had viewings completed and negotiations with tenants. Accords selection process is very thorough and will make sure they find the right people for the right property. While getting the best price for both landlord and tenant.
I cannot recommend Accord and especially Nathan enough and look to be a long term customer with them.

Paul has probably been the most approachable and professional estate agent we came across during our house hunting as buyers. From the moment we first spoke to him we felt he understood our situation and he always ensured that our messages were passed on to our seller promptly. We can honestly say that had it not been for Paul's help and professional yet very kind manner, we would not have been able to complete especially as we were in a chain and there were a few issues at the top of the chain. We had been looking for a number of years and having had a sale fall through and a bad experience with a previous agent, it was such a relief having the professional and friendly experience we got from Brandon at Accord. Instructed Accord during the height of the pandemic, had numerous set backs due to the COVID situation but all through that time the staff were nothing but helpful, patient and supportive. God knows how many times I must have been on the phone to Paul. Always available to take my call, never dismissive of my concerns . We were very lucky with ACCORD SALES & LETTINGS!
After we have been let down by the local estate agents and we lost just about one year trying to buy a house from a very difficult seller, we were also risking loosing the STAMP DUTY HOLIDAY and therefore loosing a lot of money; we started looking for another property, and that's how we found ACCORD SALES & LETTINGS.
The house they were advertising was up to our likings so we made the necessary enquiries. That's how we met JONATHAN FINBOW AND HIS TEAM.
From the start we explained them that we want to buy ASAP because we don't want to loose the benefits of STAMP DUTY HOLIDAY even if there was very little time.
We really liked the way they handled our case very professionally and also every time we called in for any enquiries they had time to answer the phone. The solicitors they are working with are very efficient and helpful and equally responsive. We found that amazing!
In the end we had completion date on 29th of September, we finished the buying process just in time, in around two months saving us thousands.
We can not recommend them enough, they offer good quality service at a very good price, professionally!

Choosing Accord to sell Mum’s house was my best decision. From the moment Jonathan Finbow arrived to give us a valuation he was professional and knowledgeable. He advised and negotiated the valuation with us, and he achieved our expectation. Nothing was ever too much trouble for him. He took control of all viewings throughout COVID and was always available. He kept us updated regularly and informed us of solicitors progress, as did his assistant Michelle. I had the displeasure of renting from Accord lettings. They didn't want to return my deposit, kept finding silly reasons to deduct money. When it comes to repairs, they are so slow its shameful and they will only do temporary fixes. There was an old boiler in my flat, it was about 60yrs old, totally useless and I went a whole month without hot water. I kept having these stupid inspections every 3 months, then it was 6 months. They stop inspecting when they see there where repairs that needed to be done on the flat. Wish I could rate them 0 stars.

Paul & Brandon in Pettits lane office are very good and when you are getting ready to exchange a lady called Helen deals with the process Helen is also very good they are always at the end of an e mail or phone call
They soon got the process all moving again after lockdown

After doing some research on our local Estate agents and a fees, we chose Accord to sell our property. They came recommended from a relatives neighbor who had managed to sell and move very quickly. We met with Jonathan, who was incredibly genuine and felt that we would be in very safe hands with Accord. Right from the beginning, the process was transparent, straightforward and well supported. Jonathan was responsive and within a matter of just a few weeks our property had sold. Subsequently, Jonathan was engaged to sell another property in the area and recommended that we view it; just 11 weeks later, we were in our new properly. Jonathan was incredibly supportive and helpful throughout the process and we would highly recommend Accord to anyone wishing to sell their property.

We arranged for 3 estate agents to value our house.
One was arrogant & the fees were extortionate,one just wanted to tell us about Millionaires houses he had sold & we couldn't get rid of him & then Jonathan arrived. From the moment we met him we knew he was the right person for us. He was genuine, not pushy & came up with exactly the same asking price of the other 2.
Accord used a professional photographer, all the 3 major online property websites all for a third of the cost of the other 2 Upminster estate agents.
Our gut instant was right as Jonathan sold our property in 2 days & we completed the move in 11weeks!
Throughout the lockdown period Jonathan kept us informed & nothing was too much trouble.
This Cranham branch is new to the area but we cannot recommend them highly enough.

Exceptional company !!!!! Highly recommended. If you are looking for an honest and trustworthy Agent, look no further. I sold my house through Accord in just 8 days. Jamie came to the property, he listened and talked us through the whole process, sounds a bit daft, but the other Agents just want to get you on their books then don't bother keeping in touch.
Accord kept me up to date with my buyer on a weekly basis, more if something additional came up. The whole team were brilliant cant thank them enough.
