Found Keys to be totally unprofessional and unethical to deal with - to the extent I am about to lodge a formal complaint. Zero accountability or responsibility and the director, Dean, simply refused to deal with issues raised, preferring to sweep them under the carpet in the hope they would just go away. My property has been left with numerous repairs that Keys are refusing to attend to on the basis I have decided to take my business elsewhere. If you're looking for a managing agent, do yourself a favour, stay away from Keys and go see Fuller Gilbert instead. I have never experienced such poor service!

The staff are very friendly & approachable.
They response to emails on the same day, if within office hours.
I got my deposit back within a couple of days.
I would definitely recommend them.

The Team at Keys Residential has managed my property for me for many years dealing with all updates, repairs and problems efficiently. They have catered for all my tenants fairly and patiently even when the tenants have been difficult in the extreme!
I have no hesitation in recommending Keys and were I not selling my house I would be using them still. Thank you Keys

In the estate agent market, it's hard to find a nice and professional lettings agent who treat tenants as human beings (it might found excessive until you've lived in a property managed by Foxtons). I've dealt with 4/5 lettings agents previously and Keys is definitely the best I've came across so far! Would highly recommend.

Have been treated like a second class citizen by Natalie, a disgusting human being who thinks that people who receive UC don’t even deserve a home. So unprofessional it’s unreal, I’m actually a single mother going through a really hard time mentally and Natalie has very kindly torn my confidence to shreds. Would suggest some staff training on how to be a decent human being.

We are new tenants with Keys Residential and the service so far as been second to none. There were a couple of teething issues in the first 2-3 weeks of moving in and they have been super responsive and helpful. We cannot fault the service they are providing. In contrast, we have just moved out of a property managed by a large 'high end' agent and we moved out because we were fed up of paying so much money for such a poor experience. Thank you Keys Residential.

Refrain, refrain, refrain. All they so is take the landlord's money and do little if any management. If you are a landlord stay well away. Do yout research and also note all hidden costs that are all passed on to you. I would also be wary of the many positive comments I see online, seems to me they do an active job in managing their reviews to artificially increase their ratings.
