I recently let my property with Keys after a frustrating experience with hello neighbor. Unfortunately I fell hook line and sinker for the 'larger agent's' promise of applicants waiting to see my property, even before it had even been marketed, which obviously turned out not to be true. After several frustrating weeks I decided to try elsewhere which is when I walked into Keys Residential where I was pleasantly surprised to be told the truth, even though it was that my property had been overvalued. They gave me an honest valuation and found me some tenants within a fortnight. They have been honest, informative and extremely supportive throughout the whole process and I would highly recommend them if, especially if you're tired of the typical 'larger' agents.... Read more

Key residential is a very poorly managed office. The communication with the landlord is appalling. In addition to that they just left number of house keys in the open drawer and not clearly labelled. Found Keys to be totally unprofessional and unethical to deal with - to the extent I am about to lodge a formal complaint. Zero accountability or responsibility and the director, Dean, simply refused to deal with issues raised, preferring to sweep them under the carpet in the hope they would just go away. My property has been left with numerous repairs that Keys are refusing to attend to on the basis I have decided to take my business elsewhere. If you're looking for a managing agent, do yourself a favour, stay away from Keys and go see Fuller Gilbert instead. I have never experienced such poor service!... Read more
