I had a very hard time finding a flat before working with Northwood and I cannot fault their service whatsoever. If there were delays, the representatives were quick to get in touch and explain the process. If I had queries, they answers were comprehensive and fast.
My representative was Lauren, who initially showed me around the property and was with me every step of the way in getting all the correct documents in, planning a moving in date etc.
I have moved a few times now but this has been the least stressful experience I've had thus far - 5 stars and special thanks to Lauren Cudd, who made it not only a stress-free experience but an enjoyable one as well.

I utilised their Tenant Find Only service. Katie at Northwood Ipswich was responsive and suitable tenants were found in a prompt timescale. I would recommend the Tenant Find Only service.

We rented a property through Northwood, and our agent Lauren was enthusiastic and extremely helpful. She understood the stresses of moving and made things as easy as possible for us. Northwood have been very professional and would highly recommend them to private renters.

Have had a really positive experience renting my room in a shared house from Northwood. Communication has always been timely, professional, and friendly during the 2 years I’ve rented with them. The property itself was kept in great condition so I never experienced any problems. 100% would recommend!

Would never buy another property again from them. Buying a place is stressful enough. But this company seems determined to make it as stressful as possible. They never reply to emails you call them and always get told the manager is in a meeting and she will call you back but never does. She clearly thinks she's above every one as she refused to speak to us on many occasions and only wanted to speak to our mortgage broker. Got to be one of the worst estate agents in Ipswich.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Unresponsive and unprofessional. I would URGE ANYONE looking to let or buy a property through Northwood to look elsewhere we ignored their poor reviews and went ahead and seriously regret it - it is absolutely not worth it, I would give 0 stars if I could.

Absent staff with no real notion of what customer service is. Barry Sparks was good but Barry is not there any further.
We had water leaking through our fire alarm from the bathroom for months before they fixed it, water in the light fixtures. Constant chasing for repairs, answers or references.
Avoid avoid avoid.

We have rented from Northwood since moving back to Norwich from Kent in 2018 and have nothing but praise, their efficiency when we had issues with the property was excellent. Compared to other agents these guys are excellent in what they do. I would definitely recommend Northwood for your letting/buying needs. Thank you to you all keep it up.

I have been with Ipswich Northwoods for many years they have always been very helpful to me especially when I had to move property and my credit rating was not high enough, because i was already with them they ignored this and moved me in no problem. Always been able to help and never had any problems. Eventually been able to purchase a house so this is the only reason i am leaving them.
