Abigail Williams has been most helpful recently with maintenance issues at Felnor Walk, Felixstowe - specifically getting replacement communal bins after the shocking fire of 29 th May - although this did take nearly 2 months. Also at my flat getting replacement broken window catch and oven. Hopefully also velux window cleaning will also be given the go ahead. She has been polite & helpful in her communications, and prompt in replying to my requests & inquiries.... Read more

They don’t care about tenants, complained about poor conditions and yet when I finally said no more and moved out I was penalised and charged for it plus extras that were not even caused by me. I’m sure the landlord will be having a great time laughing with my money and not doing anything with the problems that are there.... Read more

Just looked on the property listing to see the let has now been agreed - really not very nice to find out this way. Very poor communication after being told I would hear back. Wouldn’t recommend....
