We've recently moved to a new house as tenants and Kier Charles/the landlord have been absolutely fantastic.
We couldn't be more pleased with the property and they've really helped to make this move stress-free for us.
They've been very professional and in the few times I spoke with the Tess on the phone or emails with Oliver they were all really friendly.

If you want an agent who knows their stuff, the local market and will work hard to get you a sale these guys absolutely nail it! My wife and I were looking for a home in Yateley and found one being managed by Oliver White.
Purchasing a new home is a difficult period in many people's lives with numerous issues and hurdles to overcome and ensuring the right people help your is crucial during these moments. Oliver at Kier Charles was a pleasure to work with. He managed the bottlenecks we faced with the sellers and was responsible for ensuring their paperwork was submitted after months of delays. The commitment shown by him during the purchase was exceptional and faultless.
While unfortunately, we were unable to proceed with the purchase, it was due to issues outside of Oliver's control related to the property. My wife and I wanted to sincerely thank him for his communication, commitment and honesty.
In comparison to other agents we eventually purchased our new home from, we saw a big difference with the service Oliver was able to deliver.

If you want a hassle free property service, I cannot over state just how friendly and efficient Kier Charles Property Services are and more specifically to my recent sale, a gentlemen called Michael Thomas. Right from the first conversation there was an eagerness from Michael to get the ball rolling and bring the house to market. As it turned out, the house never actually made it to the various property websites as Michael had a list of clients ready and waiting to view, resulting in the first appointment making an acceptable offer within half an hour of their viewing.
In regard to the conveyancing process, Kier Charles uses a company well versed in the procedure who utilise a brilliant online 'Client Portal' keeping you up to date and informed at every step, again, making the whole process hassle free.....I highly recommend Kier Charles Property Services.

Only had two viewings, before Christmas, and after every viewing Kier suggested dropping the price by £25,000. So you’ve guessed it, after two viewings he’s knocked £50,000 off the asking price. I’ve been talking to fiends who run an estate agents in Barnes, London SW13, and they’re asking me, what the fork is he doing.

We recently used Kier for a house sale. Firstly, what a guy. Clearly knows his industry after having worked with big estate agents for a number of years. The first thing that struck us was his honesty and transparency, something you don't expect from an estate agent! We had particularly bad experiences with Curchods (avoid like the plague - the worst experience we've ever had) and Waterfords, which made us realise how good Kier was.
He explained things in an easy to understand manner and will also challenge you based on his experience, to help you. Communication was good and when issues or chasing our buyers was required, he jumped at it.
His fees are very reasonable compared to others, which makes it even better. You're getting established and experienced large estate agent experience, in a boutique and tailored service.
We advertised our house on a Thursday, first viewing on a Saturday, sold on a Sunday.
I'm not related, and do not have an interest in his business; I just appreciate good service in an untrustworthy industry.
I would not hesitate using Kier again and would happily recommend his service.
