My wife and I were looking for a home in Yateley and found one being managed by Oliver White. Purchasing a new home is a difficult period in many people's lives with numerous issues and hurdles to overcome and ensuring the right people help your is crucial during these moments. Oliver at Kier Charles was a pleasure to work with. He managed the bottlenecks we faced with the sellers and was responsible for ensuring their paperwork was submitted after months of delays. The commitment shown by him during the purchase was exceptional and faultless. While unfortunately, we were unable to proceed with the purchase, it was due to issues outside of Oliver's control related to the property. If you want a hassle free property service, I cannot over state just how friendly and efficient Kier Charles Property Services are and more specifically to my recent sale, a gentlemen called Michael Thomas. Right from the first conversation there was an eagerness from Michael to get the ball rolling and bring the house to market. As it turned out, the house never actually made it to the various property websites as Michael had a list of clients ready and waiting to view, resulting in the first appointment making an acceptable offer within half an hour of their viewing. In regard to the conveyancing process, Kier Charles uses a company well versed in the procedure who utilise a brilliant online 'Client Portal' keeping you up to date and informed at every step, again, making the whole process hassle free.....I highly recommend Kier Charles Property Services....
