*FIRST TIME BUYERS*
My partner and I bought our first home through Jigsaw and I could not recommend them enough. We weren’t really rushing into buying a property but as soon as we saw our now home listed on Rightmove, we had to go view it! They managed to squeeze us in for a viewing, and we instantly fell in love with the place. We first met with Chris, who was lovely and very professional, and once our offer was accepted, we were then communicating with Nina throughout the whole process. From putting in the offer to completion, it only took just over 3 months!!!
Nina was very quick in her responses, which helped a lot and obviously being first time buyers, we were new to the whole process, but Nina made this experience a memorable and easy one. We are very thankful to the team at Jigsaw, especially Nina Horner.

As someone who has had less than stellar experiences with estate agents in the past, working with Richard from Jigsaw was a breath of fresh air. Recommended by my sister, I approached this collaboration with cautious optimism, but I was pleasantly surprised from start to finish.
Having dealt with unresponsive and impersonal agents before, I was delighted by Richard's commitment to excellent communication. He was always just a call or message away, promptly addressing my concerns or questions. It starkly contrasted my previous encounters and instantly put me at ease.
What truly set Richard apart was his ability to combine professionalism with genuine friendliness. Unlike past experiences where interactions felt transactional, Richard made me feel valued and understood. His approachable nature and willingness to engage in friendly banter made the entire process feel more human and less daunting.

Jigsaw were an absolute pleasure to deal with, from start to finish. They helped us sell our home and it was sold on the first batch of viewings, at asking price!
