David and team at Jigsaw are a first class outfit. We have used them for our second sale due to the amazing service they provided us the first time and they didnt disappoint. House was offered on within the next day after agreeing to put it up for sale due to Davids knowledge and situation of one of his other clients and being realistic, open and honest with his estimate of the proposed sale price based on the current market and similar houses in the area. The whole process from start to finish was handled professionally but with that extra thought of being treated as people not just a number on a spreadsheet. Whenever we needed help and guidance or if we were unsure of anything we knew we could reach out to Jigsaw and the team would offer the right help and guidance, which filled us with confidence.
Jigsaw are first class all the way, i wouldnt hesitate to use Jigsaw if we ever move again and have referred friends and relatives to them without hesitation.

I’m always a little sceptical when I see companies with perfect reviews but in this case, Jigsaw are absolutely the real deal. We had four estate agents round for a valuation and a chat about our flat, and Chris from Jigsaw stood out by a mile as being the most knowledgable about our house and the area as well as coming across as the most trustworthy. We worked with Chris and Nina throughout the sales process and they were always contactable, professional yet approachable, and when we had difficult decisions to make they were always happy to share their advice without pushing their own agenda. Chris said to me on multiple occasions, “I work for you, not the other way around”. Despite a few hurdles we were able to successfully sell the flat for a price we were happy with and get moved into our next place before Christmas which was a great result. While we have no intention of moving again for a while (hopefully!) we would genuinely recommend Jigsaw to anyone in the area, as working with them was probably the easiest part of our moving process and they got us to where we wanted to be. Buying my home through Jigsaw Estate Agents was one of the best experiences I’ve had in the property market. Although they weren’t selling my property, Chris became my main point of contact throughout the entire process and his communication was exceptional from start to finish. He kept me updated at every stage, was always honest and proactive, and genuinely cared about keeping things moving smoothly. It felt like he was working for me as much as for his own client, which is rare in this industry.
What really stood out was how Jigsaw went above and beyond, especially when the chain broke not once but twice. At times when I thought the sale was lost, Chris and the team stepped in, coordinated everyone, and somehow managed to bring things back on track. Myself and my wife viewed a property with Jigsaw back in April this year. We have finally exchanged contracts yesterday. Our side and the top side of the chain was great and smooth but the people we were buying from - their solicitors were a nightmare. Thankfully we had Richard to help us every step of the way. Although it wasn’t his job to keep chasing he did every week for us! If it wasn’t for Richard we probably would have pulled out. Richard was great and he kept us up to date constantly he chased everyone and made things that were becoming stressful more relaxed. Three Things Made all Difference:-
1. Proof of the Pudding
I first encountered Jigsaw when I was buying a property where they acted for the seller. It was the third property they had sold for that client over time. I was so impressed by Jigsaw's management that, once the purchase was completed, I asked Jigsaw to sell a property of mine. They have successfully sold that too. This experience alone speaks volumes.
2. Determination
Jigsaw valued my property, but the buyer’s initial survey came back with a lower figure. Richard, who managed the sale at Jigsaw's stood by the original valuation and provided detailed evidence to support it. A second buyer survey confirmed the original value. The buyer accepted the evidence and proceeded at the agreed price. This persistence demonstrated Jigsaw’s determination and was helped by the trust Richard had built with the buyer.
3. Grip
This was not a quick sale — it required careful handling over time. Richard took control from the start, staying in close contact with both solicitors, the buyer, and me throughout. In my experience, it’s often the seller who has to chase things along. Richard did it all. He stayed on top of every detail, ensuring steady progress. Actions speak louder than words.

We have just purchased our house through Jigsaw and I don't think I can do them justice just with an online review!
We were under immense time pressure (as I was 40 weeks pregnant on the day of completion and moving out of our old house!) and having the team at Jigsaw in our corner constantly driving things was an enormous relief and help. It wasn't an easy transaction necessarily, but we managed to complete within 2.5 months of having our offer accepted.
David was tenacious and proactive and supportive - he has been pivotal in managing comms up and down the chain and becoming our solicitor's right-hand-man. We couldn't have asked for better, he's an absolute pleasure to work with and it's so refreshing to find an agent who's so down-to-earth and so genuine.
Nina was also wonderful at supporting the purchase and liaising between parties - she was incredibly efficient, so kind and helpful.

Had a brilliant experience with Jigsaw. Chris, who we mostly dealt with was fantastic. His experience shows straight away and he’s friendly and knowledgable. We had really good discussions around the correct marketing price as our property was a bit unique. We ended up getting it bang on, had a good amount of interest early on and sold for a little over asking within a few days. He then helped us with the rest of the process and kept us up to date, chased the solicitors and the rest of the chain and we exchanged less than 10 weeks after going to market. Honestly can’t recommend him enough. Fees are reasonable and communication is great as he can communicate via WhatsApp which is so much easier (for me at least) than the agent we bought through who only used email. Great experience overall.

I have bought and sold my house several time in the past. Jigsaw was certainly a cut above my previous experiences. David and his team could not do enough to help make the process as smooth as possible.
My house was vacant possession so Jigsaw did all the viewings and periodically checked the house when I couldn't check it myself. The process from an accepted offer to completion took 5 weeks! I am sure some of this was down to the coordination, chasing and efficiency from Jigsaw's end.

We met Richard as he was one of the agents (the better one) selling the house we wanted to buy, we where that impressed we immediately gave out current estate agent his marching orders and went with Jigsaw, this turned out to be the best decision we made. He not only sold our house quickly he then sold the two houses in the chain bellow us to complete the chain!
He was on call from start to finish and always there to listen to me rant with house buying stress!

If you’re looking for an estate agent, I can’t recommend Jigsaw enough! From start to finish, they were absolutely brilliant. Chris, David, and the team are the kind of people you want on your side when selling a house. They’re a small, family-like business with a tight-knit team of experienced staff (none of that “fresh out of college” sales rep!). They really take the time to get to know you and your property inside out.
What really stood out to me was how honest and straightforward they were. Chris and David don’t give you the usual estate agent sales fluff—they’re upfront about your property, the price, and what to expect. And their communication was spot on. After every viewing, I got detailed updates, and they were so flexible when it came to accommodating potential buyers’ requests.
Our sale wasn’t an easy one—it was part of a chain of five, and things took a long six months to complete. This is where Jigsaw really proved why they’re a cut above the rest. While the bigger agents in the chain just let things drag on (presumably because they know ‘it’s in the bag’), Jigsaw worked tirelessly to get the sale over the line.
Nina deserves a massive shoutout here—she was an absolute star! If it wasn’t for her, the chain would probably have collapsed, and we wouldn’t be in our new home right now. Nina was chasing solicitors and agents every single day, and I mean every day. She gave me updates in the morning, updates in the afternoon, and pulled out all the stops to keep things moving. Her dedication was incredible, and honestly, she made all the difference.
If you’re thinking about selling your house, don’t be tempted by the glossy brochures and big promises of the larger agents. The buyers will find your property on Rightmove anyway—the difference is how they’re handled. Jigsaw don’t just push numbers through the door to look busy; they properly vet and manage buyers, making sure the process is smooth and professional.
And one last thing—they price your property to sell, not to grab your attention with inflated valuations and then come back weeks later asking for a price drop. They’re realistic and honest from the start.
Thanks to Jigsaw, we’re now happily settled in our new home, and I couldn’t be more grateful. If you want an estate agent who genuinely cares and works hard for you, go with Jigsaw. You won’t regret it!

Without doubt the smoothest house sale I have ever experienced. I was looking for an agent who would be really proactive in the whole marketing process, be someone I could really get on with and trust, and actively manage the sale to the point of contract exchange - David shone in all these areas: his communication and transparency about pricing, strategy and identifying the right buyer was amazing, and he clearly knew his geographical location and business inside out. We had three offers in no time, and exchanged contracts in 13 weeks, and at every stage I learned more about what was going on from Jigsaw than our solicitors. David gave me confidence at all times that this was a project which could only have a positive outcome, even though I was based some distance away and was relying on him to manage it. Moving house is stressful and Estate Agents have a bad reputation. But Jigsaw have been impeccable. Ive used Jigsaw twice now, and as hard as this is to believe, on both occasions they’ve sold my house on the first viewing. At full asking price! I cannot recommend them strongly enough.

“People buy people” and as soon as we met Richard we knew that he would be the person that we would choose to sell our house.
There was no glitzy sales talk, no meaningless promises, no bombarding you with follow up calls - Richard was just calm, courteous and professional.
To us, the major difference between Jigsaw and other agents whom we spoke to, was simply that Jigsaw treat you as a human being and not a statistic on a spreadsheet - they truly value your business.
Having lived in our home for almost 35 yrs, we were worried that it would be a stressful experience. We can honestly say that the only stress we experienced was caused by ourselves worrying too much!

He really took the time to understand what we were looking for, for our next home and to honestly assess the property and how it could/could not meet our requirements. I was very impressed by David's friendliness and honesty when we met to discuss selling my house. Having met some other agents, the difference in David's approach was noticeable.
During the selling process (which happened during the ongoing difficult housing market times), David and his colleagues, Nina and Chris, were always honest, sympathetic, trustworthy and friendly. They understood the market, and once we had the pitched the house correctly, the viewings increased. I always was given immediate feedback, and it was always easy for me to approach the team if I had questions.
I felt that they actually listened to me. This was evident when I was getting cold calls/leaflets from other agents who wanted my business, but weren't interested in what I had to say.
Having agreed the sale, David played a key role in getting the sale through to completion. Being the one person who could speak to both myself and the buyers, he continuously pushed the buyers' solicitor to expedite the final sale.

A bit of context, I have met Richard from Jigsaw 3 months ago, as my wife and I were looking to sell our beloved property, Jigsaw was one of 5 real estate agencies we were actively working with. The following appreciation about Jigsaw is therefore in the context of an informed mutli-agent assessment /experience :
Trustworthiness : from the moment Jigsaw engaged, It wasn’t hard to notice we were dealing with a different firm. Professional from the get go, there wasn’t any of the usual salesy attempts to create a otherwise usually fake bond. Richard came across as genuine, confident, extremely respectful, and intrinsically driven by the desire to help in the big picture, which is much wider than the pure sale of the property…
Efficiency : All the firms brag upfront about their database of potential buyers and how they will move heaven and heart to get prospects interested. Richard, at the moment of the first encounter, already had 2 prospects he could see as a potential fit. No surprise, he knew much about the profile of these potential buyers and became clear to us this would be the result a wide call out campaign to see what sticks. Niche is the word that comes to mind, intimate and therefore, highly efficient . No surprise then the ultimate buyer of our beloved property was one of the prospects Richard had in mind the day we met …
Consistency : This is a big differentiator… All the firms, without exception, have sent the big guns to ‘impress’ on the first contact with us. None of them, except Jigsaw, have actually maintained that original high note. Richard was the main and same contact throughout, unlike any of the other firms who tend to delegate the visits, such a crucial step of the process, to juniors who, in most cases, were discovering the property at the same time as the buyers …
Resiliency : People buy from people, as the old adage say. In the current rather complicated market dynamics backed my interest rate volatility and a intricate buyers market, and consequently, a rather hectic, chain heavy process, prone to many moving parts going sideways, Richard has delivered a masterpiece of management, working relentlessly in the shadows and considerate enough to only come when key milestones were achieved, and/or, when external issues arise, that we had a contingency plan worked before he reached out to us.

Communication from Chris was frequent and overall I think he went over and above to ensure the sale progressed and completed in a timely manner.

I had 3 estate agents view the house Jigsaw were the ones I chose because they were a smaller estate agent and I believed they gave a fair estimate of what the house was worth. They were professional and knowledgable of the local area and friendly. They answered all of my questions and things moved very rapidly once I had accepted them as the estate agents to sell my house. I was lucky had 2 viewings and first person who saw it offered what me and the estate agents thought was a great price, so they gave correct valuation. We are still in processes of sale but everything is going very well.

I can’t recommend Chris and the team at Jigsaw enough. We had a long chain and there were many ups and downs along the way. Are you fed up with the standard estate agent buzzwords and having to endure over perfumed staff that offer the unachievable? Well of course you are, you want a straight forward personal approach, without all the usual flannel and broken promises.
If this sounds like something you want to experience, then look no further. We had the pleasure of dealing with Chris Oakey from Jigsaw, throughout our selling and buying experience he was very supportive and gave that personal touch, which is sadly uncommon in the rest of this industry. Chris has a wealth of knowledge and Jigsaw offer very competitive fees.
Even when the office was closed, Chris was at the end phone to answer our questions, even if you got his voice mail he would respond within a short space of time.
When you meet Chris, you might have that feeling that you've seen him somewhere before....well, all I'm going to say is if you're a fan of the TV show Homes under the Hammer....!
Jigsaw were there for us right up to the end, ensuring that the last piece of the often complicated and stressful selling and buying puzzle was firmly in place.

We'd rented three properties and purchased twice, prior to instructing Jigsaw; for the the sell our home in Frimley. So we've had a good amount of dealings the estate agents. Chris and Dave have both made the process seamless and straigh forward (although I'm sure there was a lot of hard peddling, that we didn't see), I would recommend Jigsaw to anyone that is looking to deal with an honest, perfesonal and communicative agency.

We had the pleasure of dealing with Jigsaw Estates in relation to the purchase of our property in Camberley, Surrey. The team at the Camberley office has been extremely helpful in arranging the viewings, putting forward our offer & negotiating with the vendor on the final sale price.
During the course, Jigsaw performed a detailed & realistic assessment of each of the prospective buyers and provided us with candid feedback of how we fared in comparison to the other offers. This helped us to make necessary modifications to our offer and eventually secure the property.
Once the sale was agreed, Jigsaw ensured that solicitors from both parties were in constant touch and made progress with the conveyancing process. We received regular updates and were advised on any exigencies that could delay the contracts exchange.
All in all we are glad to have dealt with Jigsaw and are happy to recommend them to anyone who is looking for a friendly, trustworthy and not too pushy high street agents as they seem to be hard to find these days.
