Initially we were quite happy with Knights, however when the viewings started they went down in my estimations. They didn’t seem to know much about our flat and some of the feedback we had from viewings could easily have been answered by the estate agent if they paid attention to anything I said. I ended up selling the place myself (a second viewing and the estate agents car broke down so I had to show the buyer around) and on the way round the buyer told me that in the 5 mins he had been there I’d told him far more about the property than he had ever been told by knights. The estate agents didn’t seem to know HOW to sell something but we got there in the end. On the flip side the after sales experience was fantastic. Akeel chased everyone he needed to and really kept me up to date. I really couldn’t fault them from that perspective.

I’m immensely pleased with the service we received from Knights for our home sale. The home selling process can sometimes be daunting, but the entire knights team were fantastic every step of the way. They had an offer on our property one day after it was launched and sold within three days.
We had three valuations from different estate agents and from our first meeting Scott was more open and honest and explained everything in great detail. They were always available and communicated how each part of the whole process would move forward. They also greatly understood the housing market in our area, which allowed us to market our property correctly and get a deal that exceeded our expectations.

Knights have been excellent in the sale of our previous property and purchase of the new one. Shocking how they lied to me with the seller saying i could rent the property for a year as i wanted , but had every intention of putting the property on the market after six months especially when i put six months up front.
Stating that all their contracts are 12 months with a 6 month break . ( happy with a 1 month rolling contract after this)
I would never had taken the property for six months especially with the hassle its giving me with relocating my family and business!

I have always been quite guarded when it comes to dealing with Estate Agents, we've all heard the stories and dealt with some that like to "polish" the facts.
I have recently purchased a property and Knights are the sales agent for the developer, i went in with the same scepticism as i normally do, but i have to say, Jon and Akeel have been brilliant, showed great patience and even helped push solicitors and developers for completion dates, regularly checking in with us to make sure all was ok.
i dont have any plans to move any time soon, but when we do, we will be on to Jon and Akeel. They really are good guys and nothing is too much. If you are thinking of selling or if you see a property with a Knights board, you will be in good hands. I would highly recommend Knights.

Was first on the market with a different estate agent who i felt fed me a load of lies, and made the whole process very stressful so i ended up coming off the market and planned to stay put. Such a great experience dealing with knights property services. The agent who secured our property Ray, was very professional but still friendly and actually made us feel like he cared. Great communication skills and very knowledgeable about the property, the landlord and could answer all questions we had about the property there and then during the viewing. The only agent we have spoken to (out of about 30 agents) who actually knew everything about the property we were seeing before us viewing it! Fantastic.
Bit of a back story.
My husband, daughter and I had a shock when we were served our notice from our landlord a few weeks ago and currently have 4 weeks to find somewhere. The market is crazy and we were fighting 20 couples putting offers down at some properties and felt we kept losing them due to having a 2 year old child :(.
Nearly every other agent we met prior to meeting Ray, couldn't answer 1 single question about the properties we viewed leaving us hanging and waiting around for answers for days before we could put offers down while other people were putting offers down In the mean time and resulting in us losing the properties and leaving us in a state of utter panick.
We have been tirelessly searching for properties, must of made 200 phone calls and viewed 8 properties and had asked to be called back by all agents a soon as properties fitting the descriptions came up so we could get in there first yet the only one who actually called In the weeks of searching was Ray! Not one other agent has called us to help us with our search. Not even our current estate agents could be bothered to help us find somewhere to live ( The dreaded Romans). The time ticking by left us feeling worried and deflated.
Ray at knights went out of his way to call us as soon as a property fitting our desired description became available. He met us the same day, put our offer forward and got an answer from the landlord in under 24 hours which seems to be unheard of elsewhere in this industry at the moment!
So much better service than we have received anywhere else and we would highly recommend calling Knights, Ray in particular if searching for a property and also a landlord looking to rent a property, if you want a quick turn around and great, friendly service!
Thanks again Ray for your help and after 7 rubbish years with Romans we are sooo looking forward to moving over to knights!

The process of purchasing a property is arguably one of the most stressful milestones of our lives, so having the right people around is crucial. I could not recommend this company more and my reasons are as follows:
Lisa- She met us at the property for our viewing. We were greeted with a smile, she was professional and made us feel welcome. No discussions about money or offers, just the luxury of going around the property to see if the property was right for us as a couple looking to start a family.
Ray- He took control when we started making an offer on the property. He knew his stuff, understood the market trends and completely understood our circumstances. Even though he was representing his client, it didn’t feel like that to us. His approach was fair and there was complete transparency from the offset. In the end we were lucky enough, with his help, to have our offer accepted! Thanks Ray!
Akeel- He helped manage the progress of the chain. He was up to speed on the progress whenever I called and he helped to keep things moving along.
Jon- He is the manager and clearly took pride in what he does. Yes business is business, but you get the sense he is a family man wanting the best for everyone involved. I am particularly fond of this man on both a professional and personal level. I felt like I’d got to know him so well, that I now look back and forget that he was delivering this kind of service to everyone else too. How he does it I don’t know! No matter what happened throughout the process, from going to having the offer accepted to exchanging contracts, Jon was there every step along the way. If you called and he wasn’t available, you can always guarantee that he will make contact before the end of the day either by calling you back or sending a quick email. That’s what you call service and this should never be taken for granted when purchasing a property. When momentum on the chain began to slow, this man went out of his way to keep things moving along. I cannot thank Jon enough for his time. He was the crucial piece of the property puzzle who facilitated the success of a secure sale ( I write this in my new home).
All in all, if you find a property through Knights Camberley then you will not be disappointed. These guys are well suited, professional, compassionate and know how to get the job done!

What an amazing team. I contacted Knights after finding a property I wanted to buy for a BTL and had a viewing that day.. So, very responsive. Unfortunately I decided it wasn’t for me and after speaking to Ray he found me another property that day and we saw it that very same day. It’s one I wouldn’t think about but Clearly Ray knew exactly what he was talking about and to be honest it was lovely. I was also seeing a another property with another agent which I was interested in but after working with Ray I agreed to buy the property he was offering. I just felt really, really safe using knights. The property is going through as we speak but so far an amazing follow up with the team.
Ray was also aware that I had another property that I rent out and or though there was no presser which I liked Ray said he would be delighted to rent it for me only if I wanted. Given the service I received said I’ll give it ago. The moment it was released Ray from Knights had already set the views up and it was rented for the asking price within 24 hours..The process was then passed to Becky who yet again blow my mind. We had a few issues prior to them arriving but after 4 solid days the property was more than ready and Becky was there every step of the way. The service provided was simply amazing. My new property will now be going through knights and the ones after that. Cannot recommended Ray and Becky enough and just so glad I found them. Each member of the Knights team that I have worked with in selling my home have been consummate professionals from valuation to viewings and the after sales progression. This is not the first property that I have sold and I only wish that I had used Knights for all of my sales. Despite, the obstacles that appear and stresses that unfold with buying and selling Joss Merry their Sales Progressor has been pivotal in ensuring that milestones are achieved and that both myself and my buyer were taken through the sale transparently and with customer service that exceeded my expectations. At a time where the race is on to beat the stamp duty deadline, Joss has no doubt been busy with other clients but at no point did I feel that she was uncontactable or non responsive as you often find with the bigger estate agents once the sale is agreed. On the contrary, I felt like I received a personal service from Joss throughout the journey and highly commend her for her exceptional customer service, knowledge of the process and communication. Joss Merry is a credit to the Knights team!
Knights stood out from the offset as they had shown me around several properties on my search for a new home and it was at that point that I had decided that I wanted them to sell my home for me! I can’t explain it, but some of the larger chain type agents were selling me bricks and Mortar. Knights remind me of a family run business who truly care and understand their clients needs and requirements.
If you have read my entire review, I have no doubt that you are serious about your research and despite what you may hear about bigger agents having a larger pool of clients. I did not find this to be the case! In my experience, bigger is not always better when it comes to estate agents!

Communication which is key in these matter was 1st class from the start, i knew exactly what was happening and when. I am rairly compelled to leave a review, but on occasion I do. This weekend I viewed a property and recieved a wholly different experience to that of a few other agencies experienced in the past week or so. Yes we are at the beggining of our purchase journey. Having spent a significant proportion of my working life in and around sales it was a refreshing change to see an estate agent on a viewing actually do their job as a sales person and do it well.
Ray guided in an encoraging way seeking feedback and positive conformation in each room. He knew about the property and details the other agents experienced 'I'll have to ask the office and come back to you' which they haven't. He asked questions about our requirements and desires. He qualified us as buyers and learned about our buying profile.
This is how you sell well and efficiently. This is how you save time and money for buyers and your agency and inconvenience for your vendors with incorrect viewings as well as know who to show which new instructions to first. This is obvious to me and I'm not and never have been an estate agent.
I am impressed that the true art of sales is not lost in this thankless profession, especially on a Saturday which I'd assume is prime tyre kicker time.

Having rented with knights when we first moved to the area we knew they were: Reliable, very competent and contactable when we needed them. I was very pleased with Knights Property for the professionalism and speed with which they were able to find buyers for our property.
They came over as soon as we called them for a professional and detailed evaluation, which was very close to what we thought, and put the property on the market within few days.
The only reason I have not given 5 stars is that the administration of the sale was not brilliant; I have to admit that many issues we had were out of their control, but I felt sometimes that not much care was taken during the process and this contributed to delay the completion of the sale.

Considering how difficult it transpired to be to sell the house (28 viewings and over 5 months on the market before the deal was agreed) I could not fault Knights for their professionalism and tenacity throughout the process.
The photography and marketing overall was excellent (hence the abundance of viewings) and whilst it took some time to find a buyer in what has been a very difficult market, we were delighted with the price achieved, expertly negotiated by Jon, who - behind the good looks, year round tan and immaculate haircut - is in fact a very experienced, skilled and charming estate agent.
Jamie, Louie and Akeel are excellent ambassadors of the company - I always found it particularly enjoyable to engage with Jamie during the sales progression stage due to his direct and honest approach, during a process I think everyone in the end was fatigued by.
In short, Adil has established a robust team of quality individuals who I completely trusted to deliver the right result, which they comprehensively achieved. I have already and will again encourage friends, family and others to utilise their services.

From the moment we met Adil who removed his shoes at the door as we had new floors and carpets, we knew that Knight's were a different class of agent.
The market had slowed due to Brexit however, not once did anyone in the office give up trying to sell our house. They were always looking for leads and not just waiting for the phone to ring. Being outside of UK did not prevent us from viewing the apartment which was done via video conferencing.

Knights was the second agent we went to, following the failure of the first one to get us a single offer. We received virtually no feedback on viewings, which was incredibly frustrating. Our experience was that Estate agent chains are salaried employees and are therefore not dependent upon sales to earn their salary and therefore indifferent to outcomes.
Knights, being an independent agent, have a real stake in selling as, no sale, no salary. This was reflected in the excellent level of service we received from them. They were attentive and informative, and reported back on every viewing we had and kept us apprised of activity on a daily basis. They found us a buyer at a price close to our asking price and I am very happy to recommend them to other sellers.

We've used Knights Property Services to let our home while we're abroad. Louie found us a good tenant quickly and negotiating an offer that worked well for both us and the tenant. Throughout the search for a tenant their communication was excellent- always keeping us updated and giving us feedback.

We had been on the market with another agent for 5 months and we didn't have any luck selling our property and had an unpleasant time with them.

I have recently completed on my house. I have brought and sold properties through various agents in Surrey and Berkshire. From a buyers prospective I have dealt with many agents but I can say that Knights, have managed to stand out the most.
They helped me understand the timescales involved. They were honest and operated with integrity. The team at Knights were very detailed orientated, they would always go the extra mile for me, especially Jamie who would always go above and beyond his responsibility when progressing the sale. The service I received from Adil and his team was exceptional and it was more of a personal one as opposed to just being a another buyer on their system.

A refreshing service often not associated with Estate Agents!

Jon and his team were incredible from start to finish. Highly professional service all round from the photos of your property to attention detail in the service you recieve. You are constantly updated as to how your property is performing and any news regarding your property is immediately fed back to you. All the team are on hand at any time for advice and help. I have used Knights to sell my property and from the moment I had the valuation it has been a great service and very fast. knights treat you as the customer as they should and what I like is their communication skills, they checked in with me after every viewing and gave me honest feedback and even when we didn't have a viewing they were updating me on the number of hits my property had on the website. All the people I have dealt with were friendly, professional and very knowledgeable but a special mention must go to the following people, Akeel, Adil, John, Louie and Jamie. A 'business' is really a collection of 'PEOPLE' working to a 'SYSTEM'. (To me a system means 'Save Yourself Time Energy and Money').
At Knights, it is the people that impress you first. It's about good attitude and enthusiasm. But the BUSINESS SYSTEM is about the follow up. The making and taking of the difficult phone calls. The professionalism, the knowledge and the skill to make deals happen and sort out any issues.
They are very responsive, they chase down details leaving nothing to chance - like finding a blockage in a chain of sales, like ensuring references are followed up, like handling tenant queries and most importantly, they keep you informed.
They handle all my rental business and even assisted me with property in Manchester, both sales and rental.
They treat me fairly; they are attentive; they are professional and courteous. I don't get the normal flannel from them - it's honest and constructive. They seem to work to the ABC - Always Be Closing and it works for me.
I would highly recommend them out of all the agents I have dealt with over the years in property.
