Rented a property through Kings and it has been horrendous. They told me there was no gas; there was gas. They did not highlight any of the glaring issues with the property which have been a nightmare to resolve.
The property was not ready when it was supposed to be.
There were numerous issues such as a hole in the front door and key appliances being non-functional.
They did not check the state of the property and provided no information about the utilities, meters, or anything else important.

I am a professional landlord, and after using several other estate agents -for many years - I now only use Kings Meopham, as sole agency, for all my lets. They are highly competent and represent your interests extremely well; they remove the stress from lettings (and awkward tenancies). In particular, Nicola P, is very thorough, diligent and caring, I highly recommend using them if you wish to avoid the pitfalls of being a landlord.

Rob recently sold my house for me and I was really impressed by his dedication and commitment to making sure everything went through smoothly. Rob worked incredibly hard for me and went above and beyond in my opinion, always responding and supporting where he could. Rob is honest and tells the absolute truth, not what he thinks you want to hear.
He is a kind and lovely man and I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone looking to sell or rent their property. His fees make him/Kings really great value as well.

Kings were the appointed estate agent for the purchase of our house in Meopham. We found them to be extremely professional and friendly during the whole process with calls and messages always returned.
