I have dealt with Austin Chambers for a number of years and in particular Mr Ali Khani. They have always provided top notch service and I wish them continued happiness and success. Ali always goes that extra mile for his clients and his commitment and dedication can't be questioned. Keep up the great work!! I strongly recommend Austin Chambers for both letting and sales.

Stephen was fantastic to deal with throughout and we exchanged within 6 weeks of the first viewing. He was thoroughly professional, really likeable and always available to chat things through. Karen helped the sale over the line when things hit a little snag and we are absolutely delighted with the overall service, especially as we had been locked into a contract with Hobarts for 12 weeks beforehand and hadn’t got anywhere and were panicking after having our baby and needing to move. I really do recommend them.
I have unfortunately had to edit my original review due to real incompetence and misconduct around the return of my deposit. It will be over 3 weeks by the time I get it back, despite no disputes or delays from my landlady. There have been a few other issues: passing on my data without my consent to an energy company who set up a contract for me against my wishes; leaving the property unsecured after a viewing; and failing to notify me when they'd arranged an open day at my flat. But the real kicker is that they've financially ruined me by withholding an £1800 deposit for three weeks. I am in real trouble. There are some very nice and helpful people there but the system is utter chaos and I would very very much avoid renting through them.
Abdi was brilliant. We showed our interest in a property on rightmove and within 24 hours he had called to arrange a viewing. He was very polite and friendly throughout the signing process and while moving in. Hopefully the company will remain as efficient during our tenancy.
Other than setting up camp in KFH offices, I’m unsure what more we can do to cajole the agents into solving the numerous problems they have created for us with regards to our rental. Our constant calls and emails have been met with various non-answers which has left us in an unclean property, filled with litter with plaster falling from the walls and no keys. What a disaster - avoid letting from KFH at all costs!
After a difficult search for a new home in London with slightly more complicated criteria than most, we are soon moving into our amazing new home thanks to Green & Co.
Olivia - our letting agent with whom I have been dealing with from the beginning has been nothing but amazing! Not only professional and efficient but super friendly, honest and always positive - things we need at this stressful time. I can't recommend these guys enough. I have already told others how great and how smooth the whole process has been. :)
Greene & Co. we’re not just unhelpful during the purchase our flat in crouch end, we found them to be highly untruthful. They lied to us about various aspects of the property.
Further, they took advantage of the fact that they were first time buyers and we’re patronising throughout the buying process.
Dan and Summer were particularly disappointing.
Would not recommend them and I suspect that all good reviews here were written by sellers rather than buyers.
We are overseas landlords so it is important for us to have people we can trust looking after our property in Finsbury Park. Daniela Gomes ensured our flat was rented quickly when tenants changed recently. She was very responsive to our questions and was very helpful. Highly recommended.

Ludlow Thompson are one of those agencies you never want to deal with. To put it simply, they will try to tempt you with a package of a fair deal and excellent tenant service but once they have your money, they don´t care about much else.
Firstly, the cost of the agency fees is extremely excessive. They take advance of your situation, not getting the contract together until the last minute (even at this time it was incorrect), and persuading to the new tenant (s) for a good review in their website. (I am talking about two emails every day from different members of the team, under the guise of to winning a competition that came across as being pretty unbelievable- even for estate agents). Unforuntately, the reviews written under pressure after just moving home are not a realistic reflection on the service they provide during and even before the commencement of the tenancy. Considering the amount of poor recent reviews they have received, it appears that not much has changed in relation to their customer service skills.
In my situation, after 6 months of a poor/non-existent service with them, not answering our emails, messing up our contract and then insinuating it was our fault, never giving us clear answers or agreeing to our negotiations in writing, obviously washing their hands, taking your money and sending of you off, I have no other choice but to make others aware of this sham of an agency.
Excellent service from Andrew Seemungal. He is friendly, polite, supportive and always on hand to respond to questions which is really helpful. Fast, professional and reliable service. It was a pleasure to work with Andrew.
I would highly recommend renting through David Key! They are always available to contact and provide information on both the property and the renting process.
Vanessa at the Green Lanes office is professional and keeps to her word. I would highly recommend her to manage your properties. Its worth noting that I wouldn't have said that for all the employees at David Key that I have dealt with in the past.
