I've bought and sold several properties in Bath during the past 20 years, and nowhere--absolutely nowhere--comes close to Savills for offering the finest service and customer care.
Everyone in the office is well informed about the properties currently in their portfolio, so you can ring in with a query and get a proper answer., usually straight away. They work together so well as a team, and the mood in the office is positive and cheerful. It feels great just to step inside!
If you sell with Savills, you'll get the highest price that's still fair for your property--realism mixed with hard work, because they contact as many prospective buyers as possible. If you buy from them, you will be well informed all along the way, and you can feel free to contact them with any queries--nothing is left undone.
Which brings me to a personal mention. One staff member in particular stands out, even among such a great team, and he is Jack King. If Jack wasn't available and we wanted to speak to him in particular, he always let us know promptly when he would be able to return our call, and he always made sure we received the help or information we needed. Even after completion, well after we'd moved in and technically his duties were completed, Jack checked to make sure all was well, and even sorted out one small issue with which we needed help on a weekend. What a star!
My summary? If you want the best, go to Savillls Bath.
