We worked with Amy Butler from Knight Frank when we relocated to London from the US in August 2022, and the process could not have been better. Amy was wonderful to work with. She was very responsive and knowledgeable, answered our questions, or got the answers for us. We only had a few weeks to find housing and make the move - Amy accommodated our timeline and helped us navigate some of the challenges of moving from abroad. We were living overseas when the rental process started and had Never actually seen the apartment. In a situation like this , an estate agent needs to rise to that occasion and be the eyes and ears of the client. Despite her relative youth, Daisy Spanbok executed the role with the confidence of a seasoned professional: she managed the flow of communication and made suggestions that allowed the deal to close. Where they exceeded our expectations was the extra effort and attention they put into all our interactions. Trying to sell a house with the 90 year old owners in residence cannot always have been easy. The 5 star ratings for this agency makes me wonder about the legitimacy of these reviews. We have recently had the most horrible experience with a realtor who is working in the SJW Office. It cost us a beautiful home for our family and a ton of upset because of the sheer laziness and apathetic responses to the most minor requests. She was interested in nothing more than closing the deal as quickly as possible with the highest commission(At OUR expense)! Worst possible experience we’ve ever had. I do not trust this agency. Never again.

The sale was delayed for various reasons including the buyers loan, the external survey and any number of solicitors problems. Having said this, as a result of his professionalism, I recently instructed your Notting Hill office on a £1.8m flat just off Notting Hill Gate. Josh was relentless in his push to get this flat on with Knight Frank, despite my initial reservations. Having dealt with various agencies in the St John’s Wood area over the last 18 Years; the Knight Frank local office is by far the superior to its ‘competitors’. Not just because they tend to have the finest array of properties available on the market, but also how the team seems to always be proactive rather than reactive to their customers.
I regularly buy and sell through them and have not been let down even once by their professionalism and by them achieving the best price for my properties.
They know their area better than most and therefore the advice they give is second to none... they actually care!
I wouldn’t think twice about which agent I would use as I trust them implicitly and wholeheartedly with my properties being my biggest assets trust is a major factor for me... you cannot buy that!
