We recently moved and our sellers had listed their property with Knight Frank Stow-on-the-Wold.
Having moved several times in the past ten years, I have previously found that it’s quite rare as a buyer, to have such excellent communications from
the sellers estate agent. Helen, has been an absolute pleasure to deal with, she has been incredibly proactive when ensuring everything was moving along with the sale, answering many important questions and chasing all relevant parties when needed, she is extremely personable and professional, with all our dealings. On the day we completed we were welcomed with an absolutely beautiful moving in gift bag, which was such a lovely touch!
Moving home is one of the most stressful times in life, but Helen, at Knight Frank Stow, made it incredibly easy on our purchase and quite frankly, put our own estate agent to shame. I wouldn’t hesitate in using Knight Frank in the future.

I recently bought a house in the Cotswolds with Knight Frank. The whole process was smooth and professional with no hassle. The sale was lead by Helen Waddilove but, because of good communication and knowledge, there was no problem if other members of the team became involved. Friendly and knowledgeable but professional staff to whom I am grateful.

I’ve been dealing in real estate for years now primarily in the U.S and am use to a certain level of professionalism and style in getting the job done. Now I only use Knight Frank here in the UK in London and the Cotswolds and find them to be everything you can want from an agency. Helen Waddilove in particular in the Stow on the Wold office installs the up most confidence and professional knowledge from the very first meeting. She’s perfectly personable with a well informed and highly educated plan to lay out realistic expectations. There’s no hot air, empty sales pitch or lip service only fantastic business strategies and clear communication. She got my sale done in record time, achieved all the goals we set together and a price I couldn’t be happier with and was an absolute pleasure to deal with all along the way. She will always be my first call in The Cotswolds when buying and selling.
