This was an extraordinarily difficult transaction because of the apparent lack of knowledge of the purchasers solicitors and the lack of knowledge of the purchasers themselves regarding country properties. What was promised to be a quick cash purchase took 4.5 months to exchange. Rupert Sturgis did an amazing job keeping the deal struggling on through thick and thin. He deserved his fee.... Read more

We instructed KF Rupert Sturgis to sell our house which had failed to sell with another agent and were most impressed with their professionalism in all they did to achieve a sale. We had great many viewings handled very well by both Phillipa and Emily the office manager who were both most diligent and helpful.
