Sale of £1m+ property - good service from the Cirencester team (Rupert et al) plus Gemma Hutton from a sales support perspective. Those hosting viewings could be more informed on the detail of what the property offered, but that aside very happy with the service and would recommend them without hesitation.

Instructed Rupert and the Cirencester team to sell two properties for us in the Cotswolds - our main family home at c.£1.6m and a holiday let cottage at c.£600k. I sold a listed Farmhouse in the Cirencester area with Rupert Sturgis handling my instruction who was helpful and professional throughout the process. I then purchased a Townhouse in Cirencester working with Harry Bethell who was equally enthusiastic and professional. Whenever I visited the new office in Cirencester Maria, Alison and Janey were all excellent and knowledgeable ambassadors of KF. I have no hesitation in recommending such a great team.

This was an extraordinarily difficult transaction because of the apparent lack of knowledge of the purchasers solicitors and the lack of knowledge of the purchasers themselves regarding country properties. What was promised to be a quick cash purchase took 4.5 months to exchange. Rupert Sturgis did an amazing job keeping the deal struggling on through thick and thin. He deserved his fee.

We had the pleasure of dealing with Harry Bethell and his colleagues at KF Cirencester recently in buying our new home. This was not an easy transaction and Harry showed his experience and professionalism in spades. Harry kept us fully informed throughout the whole process (that happened in record time, btw) and was key in introducing us to an extremely valuable conveyancing resource he and his team use. We instructed KF Rupert Sturgis to sell our house which had failed to sell with another agent and were most impressed with their professionalism in all they did to achieve a sale. We had great many viewings handled very well by both Phillipa and Emily the office manager who were both most diligent and helpful.
Rupert Sturgis the KF Partner handled the negotiations with a number of interested parties extremely well to secure a complicated sale above the guide price leaving us most impressed and pleased with the result.
