When we recently had to sell a property for an elderly relative we didn’t know the Cheltenham area ourselves at all and so we approached several estate agents in the area.

Nick Chivers from Knight Frank came out to meet us at the house and struck us immediately as being someone we could trust with the sale of the property. He was very knowledgeable and professional but also very approachable.

We have been delighted with the service which we have received from Nick and all his team in Cheltenham. They have all been extremely professional in their handling of the sale from start to finish. They have always been at the end of the phone and been available to answer any queries that we had.

The marketing material was first class and we felt they were superior to the other estate agents’ printed details that we were shown. There were several viewings at the property and the lady from Knight Frank accompanying the prospective purchasers was extremely knowledgeable about the property, and showed it off to its maximum potential.

A buyer was found extremely quickly and the asking price achieved. The actual sale completed without a hitch and the whole process has been a very painless experience.

A big thank you to Hayley Wilks from Knight Frank Cheltenham who managed to sell our Regency flat on the first viewing. If you want to buy or sell a Regency flat in Cheltenham Hayley is the person to go to. She is extremely knowledgeable, enthusiastic and professional and doesn't give up. During the whole process she kept us up-to-date with daily phone calls so we were always well informed. Shambles of a business, trying to arrange a viewing of a commercial property, called a dozen times, over a 8 day period, nobody is ever available, not a single returned call.
I thought I would email, anyway, no reply to the either. I assume they have now closed down ?
