I was selling a retirement lease hold property on behalf of a family member. Walmsley are very knowledgeable about these types of properties having sold them before and guided me with in-depth knowledge and professional practical advice. Kept me up to date with viewings, with regular feedback.
Although the whole process was arduously longer than it needed to be, (the buyers slow Solicitor). Paula was amazing at keeping me informed, either calling me or emailing. She was patient and kind, with added humour which helped keep my spirts up when I was feeling at my most defeated. She is a super star!
I would highly recommend Walmsley in Caversham to anyone thinking of selling or buying. The whole team are all nice and polite and responsive.

Poor communication, not even 1 view for the entire period of 3 months, all we’ve heard were only excuses. I wouldn’t recommend!
