We had a great experience applying for a rental property through Walmsley. Beth was fantastic at providing us with all the initial information we needed before viewing the property.<br><br>Once we decided we liked it, we had to move quickly to get all the paperwork sorted before our deadline for handing in notice at our previous home. Katie was brilliant throughout the process, being incredibly helpful, understanding and responsive. She was always quick to answer our questions and made sure everything was handled smoothly. We really appreciated her support and couldn’t have asked for better service.<br><br>A big thank you to both Beth and Katie. We would happily recommend Walmsley to anyone looking to rent a property.

Poor communication, not even 1 view for the entire period of 3 months, all we’ve heard were only excuses. I wouldn’t recommend!

The whole process of selling my mum’s house after her passing ran smoothly. From the sensible sales valuation by Emma (priced accurately to sell in a tough market) through to the timely completion managed by Sonja, they were professional, polite, efficient, considerate, knowledgeable and empathetic. I’ve bought/sold 7 houses and this was the easiest process of all those transactions.
