Against my better judge we gave Knights a chance as they were marketing a home we were interested in.<br><br>From day 1 they hit the estate agent stereotypes of over promise and under deliver.<br><br>The valuer had no knowledge of our home,<br>comparables that didn’t match and spent much of the appointment criticising their branch in a neighbouring town who couldn’t sell her “wonderful and underpriced home”<br><br>To their credit they are clearly sales people, at any cost.<br><br>When there is a chance to sell us or a buyer something, the phone didn’t stop.<br><br>Mortgages pushed on us at any turn.<br><br>However when really needed, the service fell through the floor.<br><br>Culminating in 5 months & a sale collapsing at the 11th hour because our potential buyer did not have the finances to support the offer they made.<br><br>I don’t mind things going wrong, it<br>happens, but it’s how you act when that is the case that defines a company & I highly doubt the credibility of their word & when problems arose, they elected the cover up & lie route.<br><br>If you want a stereotypical estate agent that over promises and under delivers, these will sell you the dream....
