Absolutely superb.... Once again!
Have used Andy in the past when we lived in Leeds & when we had to sell my mams property due to bereavement there was only one estate agent I felt we could trust.
Andy may not have the most inviting estate shop decor or have a state of the art website to get him business. What he has is something more important than fancy bells and whistles and that is a wealth of knowledge in the market and a full contact book of decent honest people who can help sort out any problems that Surveyors & solicitors have a habit of raising!
The modern way is to use an online virtual estate agent which is fine as you always have one eye on the costs involved but when the proverbial hits the fan which when involving surveyors, solicitors & lenders who are insistent on covering their own backs its impossible to solve the problem by running back to the online estate agents virtual bot!
So if your either selling or buying property make Andy & K W Estates your first call
