She went above and beyond by coming to the house at 8pm (which was way over her working hours) to let us drop off a van full of items to ensure moving was super easy.

Manning Stainton we’re amazing from start to finish. They got us much more for our house than we expected and were brilliant the whole way through. We had so many problems with our solicitors but Simone Mohamed went above and beyond to ensure everything got sorted. I don’t think the sale and purchase would have happened if it wasn’t for the hard work of Simone. We would definitely recommend Manning Stainton.

Manning Stainton marketed the house at a higher price than the other estate agents who provided a valuation and then got 40k more for it on top. Simone was awesome throughout and I'd recommend her in particular at the Horsforth branch.

Think like a few of the reviewers have said they need to address how they deal with people, Having a difficult time with my deceased Dad's house - they're selling the property. Had a call from a lady who had a vile and aggressive attitude. Didn't even introduce herself. Dived right into having a go about things. Really? This is how you talk to people? I've been pleasant and respectful, may be an idea to treat people the same in return. Plus it's very unprofessional. Also they didn't even bother informing us the sale hadn't gone through, I saw it was back on the market on Rightmove! What the hell?!

What can I say, but the whole team were fantastic. From the initial contact right through to the completion of the house sale, nothing was too much trouble. Every member of the team made an emotional time much less stressful. They truly are a team of people who genuinely care. I would recommend them to anyone.

My wife called them to arrange a viewing, a very aggressive woman basically interrogated her. All we want to do is view the place! Then she just said 'Thanks then" and slammed the phone down on my wife. What a horrible person, why on earth would anyone want to buy a property with these people?! Thankfully we discovered what they're like prior to the stressful buying process.

We sold our home in Horsforth with Manning Stainton and they were absolutely brilliant, I can't recommend enough. Lesley Alexander especially was amazing, I don't know what we would have done without her.
They aren't just an estate agent who list your property for sale, they truly manage your move throughout the whole process. Despite issues with other agents, solicitors etc, Lesley would always be available and would chase up other parties, making the whole process so much smoother, despite some serious issues with completion. Thank you for making a stressful situation manageable!
