Would highly recommend. Everyone I dealt with was lovely, really helpful and professional, particularly Joanne Williams who got me through a long & tricky house purchase. I was kept fully informed at all times and always got help when I needed it. The move itself was managed really well & I felt that the whole team really understood what it meant to me and did everything they could to make it a success. The icing on the cake was a very thoughtful gift box to help us settle into the new home. Overall a wonderful experience.

After finally receiving keys for new property I would like to thank the staff at New Roadside. Especially Francesca who I dealt with the most. She was very professional and always cheery. She helped us through a very difficult purchase due to problems with solicitors and forward chain. She was always as helpful as she could be and continually trying to get us updates when things seemed to flounder and other parties were not keeping us informed.

Amazing estate agents, Sarah provided a very clear plan of how the sale would be managed. Having tried two other local estate agents without success, I switched to Manning Stainton and my flat sold within 8 weeks. Everyone at the office was professional and knowledgeable, from the mortgage advisor to the sales team. I can't thank or recommend the Horsforth office enough.

Excellent service from start to finish, all staff but in particular Francesca and Simone are so professional but friendly too. Nothing was too much trouble, they kept us fully updated with developments. House selling is a stressful time but thanks to these girls, they made it as stress free as possible.
I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone wanting to sell or purchases a property in the Horsforth area.

Really polite, professional and friendly staff. Tracie and Kay have been a pleasure to deal with and have kept us updated every step of the way. Buying our first home is incredibly stressful, but everyone at Manning Stainton in Rothwell have been so lovely and have really put us at ease.
