Steve Kelly, the owner of L&S Prestige Estates personally came out to view the property and I was impressed with his knowledge of the market and his enthusiasm and vision for how it would sell as it was a large bungalow but in need of modernisation. He was spot on with his suggested sale price as it drew many viewings in a very short time and the accepted offer was well above the original asking price which he predicted would be the case. L & S Prestige dealt with the ensuing bidding war between three interested parties and ensured we got the best price. They kept us updated and were professional and helpful throughout.
