Having been shunned or ignored by other local sales agencies in the area i was blown away how welcoming funny and supportive Hayley, Tracy, Stacie and the Ladies were with me. During my first viewing I fell in love with my house but didnt feel I would get it, however Tracy told me not to panic and a few weeks later I have keys. The ladies were so helpful throughout the process especially when unknown scenarios would present themselves, they were resolved quickly. Most of all I was appreciative that I could always reach the ladies as they were instsntly responsive via email or would answer the phone straightaway. Other agencies I would call would pretend to be in meetings and I would be chasing them for days for viewings. I really hope the Dixons Willenhall ladies continue to support us minority buyers in the way they supported me abd cintinue to help first time buyers achieve their dreams, but most if all I hope Hayley continues to give her infamous warm celebration hugs. I will be recommended the team in the future!... Read more
