Agent responds to issues in the house, however this can sometimes take longer than initially stated. House also seems to have a concerning number of issues popping up e.g. Kitchen light breaking two or three times in a year, broken doorknob, was actually a hole in one of the shower rooms when I first arrived.

Couldn't really ask for more. Amit will sort everything out well and sort things when they need sorting. Had a good tenancy in the four years we were tenants.
