A SHORT
We have used the mortgage services at William H Brown several times now and during our most recent mortgage we found Demi Chadburn to be absolutely top notch. She works very efficiently and speedily, and she does exactly what she says, which isn’t a given nowadays. The mortgage application was submitted with very little fuss and we received the offer within 2 weeks, with Demi keeping us updated along the way. Great work, and a great service.

I have just completed on selling a property through William H Brown, Holderness road branch.
From the valuation to completion I have had nothing but fantastic service from every member of staff. I was kept in the loop throughout and even during the quieter moments of selling a property they were always happy to speak to me and let me know where things were at.
I felt nothing was to much trouble for them and I would highly recommend them to anyone buying/selling a property.
I am confident that if ever needed I would use them again in the future.
While all the staff are wonderful I would like to make a special point of mentioning Paris, she is a wonderful and productive worker who always made me feel comfortable when I had a query and was extremely helpful and professional throughout. Her customer service is simply outstanding.

I put my home of 24 years on the market through William H Brown Holderness Road. All the staff in the branch are very helpful and polite and are on hand to answer any questions or queries. I didn’t hold much hope of my home selling quickly but how wrong I was and 2 weeks into my home being up for sale William H Brown have done it ???? and have sold my home subject to contract. Thank you and hopefully this new chapter will soon be here and with no pressure and little stress ?? extra thanks to Charlene for all your help ??
