Michelle Lerner has been an Estate Agent since June 1984 having progressed from a sales negotiator to Branch Manager, Valuer and even a mortgage advisor for a time! In July 2007 finally having the opportunity to develop her own business in July 2007 which was rebranded as Lewis Adam Estate Agents in September 2013, the name deriving from her parents and late son. Although Michelle has been working in Allestree since 2002 the Branch covers all areas of Derby and even into Nottingham very successfully. The branch has a strong team in Trudy, Lucy and not forgetting Liz who helps with sales progression a vital part of the process in getting sales through to completion. They can also offer Mortgage Advice through Nick from Derbyshire Mortgage Services. Much of their business derives from word of mouth recommendations and repeat business and they plan to be in Allestree for many years to come helping all their lovely clients to sell and then move into their new home.
