I have found Julian to be courteous, professional and extremely proactive when assisting me finding my first home. We were so lucky to deal with Julian on our purchase.
From the very beginning right up until we got the keys, he was on hand to answer our queries. Nothing was ever a problem for him. Our purchase was a little different, as we were buying a park home. Julian went above and beyond liaising with the park owner, the sellers and having to deal with my millions of questions.

We are so pleased that we chose Lewis Haughton to sell our house! The agent who dealt with us ( Robert Timbury branch manager) listened carefully to all our requests and always followed through on any agreements.On the rare occasions that he was not available a colleague slipped seamlessly into place to give advice.
Of course, we were primarily thrilled that our sale was accomplished swiftly to meet our needs. However, as a skilled and experienced communicator Robert also made it seem easy. If you wish to sell your home we would highly recommend Lewis Haughton!

LewisHaughton Estate Agents were consistently efficient kind and well organised. Our mother's property was in Cornwall, but we live in Kent. LewisHaughton valued the property, advertised it, attracted much interest, showed people round and found the perfect buyer. The buyers had no chain and were a local family eager to make it their home. Despite a set back with a burst pipe and some renegotiating of price as consequence, all was well managed and speedily resolved. I have moved quite a few times and I have to say my experience selling through Lewis Haughton Wills has been the best! From the outset I felt welcomed and nothing was too much trouble. My property sold quickly and at this point many agents disengage but LHW were with me every step handing the process onto their sales progressor, Liz who ensured the conveyencing process was as speedy and stress free as possible. I found this level of support invaluable and Liz is worth her weight in gold! LHW work very much as a team and if one person is unavailable, another member of staff is happy to pick up the thread and help in their absence. Terrible customer service
Rather than tell you that they have selected another applicant for a property they just ghost you and hope you won’t get in contact to follow up.
If you do follow up they will promise to call back only to then not bother calling.
Liam who we met was probably the most rude and pretentious lettings agent I’ve ever had the displeasure of dealing with.

Great service from day 1, the whole team have been excellent throughout. Feedback provided following all viewings, regular updates and phone calls and emails always responded to. Although our first sale fell through it wasn’t for the want of trying by Robert, Lynn, Mark and Paula. Despite the setback they found us a new buyer within 2 days and have guided the sale through in just a few weeks, Liz has also worked hard behind the scenes keeping everyone informed over the last few weeks and we really can’t fault the service we have received since putting our house on the market. I sold my house near Truro College through the Truro office of Lewis Haughton Wills, dealing mainly with Aaron. When dealing with any estate agent trying to sell your house, it is important that the communication is good. This was certainly the case with LHW and regular updates made me feel that the were on the ball at all times. I have been with estate agents before who go off the boil after a few weeks and during times when the housing market is not buoyant you want a company that's honest, straightforward and efficient. This is the case with Lewis Houghton Wills.
