Like other reviews have suggested, they are likely good at selling. However, I would never recommend miller to let out your property. I went fully managed and it was a shambles from start to finish.

We had a wonderful service from both Riley and Charlie from start to finish. They helped us secure both our mortgage and the house we eventually chose and were incredibly supportive when we had issues with our solicitors. After one year of using their full management service, I can only warn others against it. I was left in pieces not knowing what was happening to my property, and my experience was very poor. There was poor communication between teams, poor rent management, poor accounting with rental arrears miscalculated. The entire process was getting someone, anyone in quick and then creating chaos until I have to involve solicitors.

I found the Miller Lettings Team in Truro to be quite helpful. I recently had serious challenges getting a place to rent in the Truro area and I am sure I wouldn't have gotten the current place I am in without a good word on my behalf from Bethan to the landlords (as I was a good tenant in the previous property they rented out to me). Of course, not forgetting Kayleigh who was also helpful. I realise my username might not tell the team who exactly I am, but they should know they have happy tenants somewhere on Falmouth Road (that should do the trick).

No interest in helping us secure a mortgage despite us having a large deposit and only needing a small property. We were often ignored and felt that we weren’t valued as potential customers. We gave up and went elsewhere and have now had a mortgage approved for our new home. Everything felt like an uphill battle with Miller Truro. The process was full of negativity and disinterest. Terrible service, and the guy dealing with us was all talk and no action.

Thank you to Millers Truro for their help with letting my property. I worked with Bethan to sign the initial paperwork and then with Yazmin, who arranged tours for prospective tenants and helped me out at every stage. I found both Bethan and Yazmin to be professional, sincere and organised. I chose the full management service and Millers also arranged all the necessary house checks when I was away, making it a seamless and stress-free process for me. The marketing was excellent, the tenant checks were thorough, and the policies clear and well-communicated. Thank you especially to Yazmin for answering my questions and providing an excellent level of support.
