Savills Truro marketed and obtained an offer on my home, a converted village school, within 6 weeks. There were a high number of viewings and each was carried out professionally and the agent gave plenty of notice for each.
Our purchaser was extremely keen but there were two others in the chain. The lower end of the chain was beset with delays and we have only exchanged contracts after some 4 months of frustration and delays. Throughout we found the support Mr George Hill of Savills invaluable. He provide advice, support, and was always able to find the cause of the delays and suggest a solution. He was outstanding.
I have sold houses in NZ and always thought that UK Estate agents did not do much for their fees. George and Savills certainly earned their fee!

I cannot praise George and his team enough for all they did to sell our property.
Right from the first phone call George turned up on time and gave us his professional opinion. He was very competitive compared to the other 3 agents that we asked for a valuation.
Each member of his team came to the house to view it so they knew exactly what they were selling and took great interest in all of the house’s features.
Every viewing was accompanied by one of his team and it was interesting to watch how much they actually told the prospective buyers.
George even recommended solicitors, mortgage advisors and anything else we needed.
He was there throughout the offer to exchange calling weekly to check on updates and phoning the buyer to pass on information so everything ran smoothly.
Just cannot recommend this company enough. Absolutely brilliant with a big shout out to George and Jess

Sarah, Staci, Esther and, especially, George, all contributed to selling our cottage in Cornwall, which we first marketed with them in late July and which sold, above the asking price (due to the number of parties who made offers for it!), in November 2019. We had previously tried, unsuccessfully, to sell it using other agents and although I was sceptical, in this age of independent online property searching, that Savills could provide anything different to the other local agents, I am very happy to report that they did! They also dealt with the tricky situation of arranging viewings around a sometimes difficult tenant, with tact and consideration. It was a pleasure dealing with Savills at Truro - in particular , David Jenkin and Anna were always most attentive and courteous. Jonathan Cunliffe , contrary to our initial expectations , valued our property higher than other agents and was in the end proved to be correct. Having accepted a prospective buyer`s offer, another party made five consecutive higher offers, all of which were refused - further proof that Jonathan`s valuation was accurate. But we were not going down the cheating lane of gazumping.
