My partner and I purchased from Leysbrook recently and the whole team are very personable, helpful and quick to respond. Keeping us regularly updated on the sales process. They even bought us a card, flowers and bubbles to congratulate us on our new home when we collected the keys!! Highly recommend.

The whole team at Leysbrook was really great throughout the whole process of buying our first home. They were always available to chat, and even set up a text group for easy access regarding all business with the house. They were very supportive and honest along the way. Donna was really great and was such a big help moving the process along to make sure we were in our new house before Christmas! Thank you to the whole Leysbrook team!

I have no idea what sort of Estate Agents they are but they are sending really badly written mass mailings to local addresses using "Private and Confidential" to get round the Mail Preference Service. Pretty poor behaviour and an outright untruth. What's even laughable was they had a piece in their last "newsletter" that talked about Victorian terraces in Letchworth when the town was only founded in the Edwardian era and there's virtually no Victorian-era property in the town! Clearly syndicated content with the place names changed. Wouldn't touch them with a barge pole if that's their business practice. An absolute joke that they say they have "strong community links" if they can't even get that right.

I have dealt with many estate agents over the years, and Andrew from Leysbrook Estate Agents would be at the top of my list when choosing an estate agent. Andrew is always very fast to respond, and when I met with him, he was a very good listener and communicator; and it was clear that he has a very good understanding of the local housing market combined with excellent common sense. I also felt that Andrew from Leysbrook goes the "extra mile" in the service that he provides, and this is why I would feel very confident using Andrew again in the future.

Can’t praise these guys enough, would give them 10 stars if I could. We both purchased & sold a house for my Mum with them & they ensured the whole process went ahead timely, efficiently & with zero stress for my elderly Mum. We met Andrew when he showed us around the house we purchased, he wasn’t pushy (no one appreciates a pushy salesman) just let us view & answered any questions we posed. My Mum met Andrea when her home was to be photographed etc & Mum took such a shine to her I think if she could she may have adopted her. Donna was a star through the whole journey of buying & selling, constantly keeping us updated & pushing sellers, buyers & Solicitors for results. Nothing was ever too much trouble & she as did Andrea treated my Mum with the upmost respect, patience & kindness. So all in all our experience with them was nothing but a pleasure & I would 100% recommend them to anyone buying or selling a property. We will definitely be calling upon their services again in the not so distant future to sell our home. Well done guys, you did what you said on the tin & worth every penny

Amazing service from start to end. Andrew was the best estate agent we've dealt with not pushy to get a deal just honest from the start. Leysbrook weren't the cheapest option but they were worth every penny, they got us more for our property than we had even hoped for and even helped advise on the one we were purchasing. Andrea and Donna were also amazing with great communication throughout viewing and the sale process. We really appreciated the little extras like having a group WhatsApp chat with team keeping us up to date on progress and Andrea popping round on our last day in the house. We would recommend Leysbrook to everyone.

The best Estate Agent we’ve ever dealt with…very professional, experienced and helpful.
They went above and beyond with the sale of our property after coming across many issues.
Always on hand to answer questions and promptly kept us updated, also worked closely with solicitors on both sides.
Very knowledgeable of the market and would highly recommend them to anyone buying or selling their home.

They answered all our queries promptly and helped us out every step of the way. Can't recommend them enough :)

Our search for an estate agent was a considered affair… after meeting several, it was clear that none of the ‘chain’ agents came close, and of the independents, Leysbrook shone from first encounter. Andrew knows the business well. His advice on marketing our home raised thoughts and ideas that were strategic and clever. Communication was managed via a WhatsApp group which worked really well and ensured everyone was in the loop who needed to be. Leysbrook managed viewings per our request and all were conducted efficiently and reliably. It took a while… we did after all end up going live on the day of a certain Prime Minister’s resignation! We eventually got a buyer and enter Donna, who very capably took over the progression process. Good communication and moreover, empathy. Especially when our buyer lost their buyer, the upper chain threw a wobbly and it all collapsed! Re-enter Andrew… and this was the extra value of Leysbrook. Our buyers’ Estate Agents were about as useful as the famed chocolate teapot… Andrew stepped in to advise and support our own buyers on remarketing their property to reform the chain. That was impressive to say the least. With chain reformed, and other estate agents/solicitors meandering at a snail's pace, Donna then kept chivvying them along - at times in a double act with our solicitor (recommended by Leysbrook and a first rate firm). Similarly Donna kept in touch with our buyers and ensured communication and reassurance.
Moving house in England is for some reason a guaranteed nightmare. You play roulette with sums of money you never imagined and could lose at the drop of a hat because somebody drops out on a whim. Or because people elsewhere in the chain panic or get frustrated and withdraw. To navigate this minefield you need a good dose of hope and luck. Wine numbs the pain. But moreover you *need* a good Estate Agent and Solicitor. We got both. Thanks to the Leysbrook team for getting us - and frankly the whole chain - into our new homes.
