We just completed on a purchase through Leysbrook. We had quite a long process however the team at Leysbrook were excellent. Donna especially went above and beyond. She even worked on getting us moving on her days off. I don't know where we would be right now without her. They were very helpful and supportive. They even set up a WhatsApp chat to help with the process and if we had any questions which was very helpful. They are an amazing estate agent and both myself and my partner would recommend using them. If we were ever mad enough to ever move again we would use Leysbrook! Thank you again for all your hard work, even throughout the stressful time!

We had nothing but first class service from Leysbrook from the very first discussions right up to and including completion day.
The initial marketing period was excellent and the team handled all of the viewings making it easier and less stressful for us.
Having lost our first buyer the team at Leysbrook wasted no time in pushing the marketing again and arranging open house viewings resulting in multiple offers. Their advice and guidance was exceptional too. Even down to recommendations on solicitors who were also second to none.

My partner and I purchased from Leysbrook recently and the whole team are very personable, helpful and quick to respond. Keeping us regularly updated on the sales process. They even bought us a card, flowers and bubbles to congratulate us on our new home when we collected the keys!! Highly recommend.

The whole team at Leysbrook was really great throughout the whole process of buying our first home. They were always available to chat, and even set up a text group for easy access regarding all business with the house. They were very supportive and honest along the way. I have no idea what sort of Estate Agents they are but they are sending really badly written mass mailings to local addresses using "Private and Confidential" to get round the Mail Preference Service. Pretty poor behaviour and an outright untruth. What's even laughable was they had a piece in their last "newsletter" that talked about Victorian terraces in Letchworth when the town was only founded in the Edwardian era and there's virtually no Victorian-era property in the town! Clearly syndicated content with the place names changed. Wouldn't touch them with a barge pole if that's their business practice. An absolute joke that they say they have "strong community links" if they can't even get that right.
