Bekky was phenomenal all the way through - she took time to explain things, was very knowledgeable about the various elements of the process, was super-responsive to emails, and was always available to answer any questions we had (even out of office hours). And all with a warm and personal touch.
Our purchase process was lengthy (due to a delay at the top of the chain), but Bekky was proactive in bringing it all to completion, and worked tirelessly to chase up various people.

This was the second time we have used them because they do know how to sell houses; both times we have got the asking price or more (which at the moment is no mean feat), and done so fairly quickly. However it was the service from Bekky we were particularly impressed with....emails being answered at all times (even on a Sunday night!), other agents, solicitors and parties being chased when needed and we were always updated, always ringing back if we left a message; the service was faultless and I have no doubt if we had gone with another estate agent the chain would have collapsed....i definitely highly recommend!

HOWEVER, the star of the show here is Diane! She goes above and beyond at all times, even over the weekend, to make sure the process goes smoothly and all parties are kept informed of what is happening. Overall, we found the service excellent, they were supportive and helpful and always quick to respond to any queries and the property was comprehensively advertised. The only reason for giving a 4 star rather than a 5 was that we specified at the start that we did not want For Sale signs outside the property (as it was empty and we did not wish to advertise this). Despite this directive, on 3 occasions, signs were erected and we had to take them down even though each time we re-stated that we did not want signs.

Just like any other estate agent really and I wouldn’t say they’re much cheaper than others. The online portal took a while to get working but in the end didn’t provide much information, they should try and push viewers more in providing feedback. The valuation was very positive for the property but the valuation price was too high to attract viewers, this may be to get your business.
