A brilliant experience allround... I had struggled with this process since I had returned to the UK after being overseas for a long time and had to settle back 'into the system'.
Many estate agents were unhelpful, not responsive and just generally not providing the assistance and support I hoped for.
When I walked into Your Move Bexleyheath for the first time, I sat down and briefed the staff member about my circumstances, and she was quick to take my details and explain a little re the requirements and process.
My appointed agent was Maya Jacobs. She was friendly, proactive, helpful and most of all listened. I managed to find the property I was looking for and the whole process was clear and smooth. Any concerns I had were addressed and I was not worried at all. The overall experience was easy and I am so grateful to Maya for all her help.
Hats off to the Your Move team in Bexleyheath, by far the best service I have received out of the many many bad experiences I have had, and at the same time they managed to find the place that was exactly looking for.

Would also like to add that a minor issue to do with the maintenance of the flat we are renting (which was actually in an immaculate condition on the day we took possession of it) is already in the process of being swiftly resolved by the team at Your Move responsible for handling these problems. I would therefore recommend Your Move not just from the perspective of being a tenant but also that of a property owner who may wish to avail themselves of Your Move's letting service. This is because the vetting process that prospective occupants have to pass through may be rigorous but is obviously necessary to ensure that people like myself and my wife are capable of meeting our financial obligations and likely to look after the place that we are renting.

So pleased that we chose Your Move. I met initially Dan when he came to view our property. Properly suited and with a professional and mature outlook but relaxed enough to give me reassurance that we were able to feel relaxed in our approach. Other estate agents came along and we chose to back and to go with Your Move. I felt that they actually had just that little bit more to offer than the others that came to view our property. So pleased that we did, they were very quick to send the details to customers that they had already looking for our kind of property on their books. Dan knew how to set the bar and his knowledge of where to fix a figure and marketed correctly. Dan and his branch were quick to act and it was not long we were getting views. Dan and Karen would feed back to us on interested parties and how did we feel with offers and together we continued until we agreed on a figure.
Both of the people at Your Move that we dealt with were very aware of our needs and how different parties in the sale needed to be contacted.
I would not hesitate in putting a property on the market with this branch again. I know that both Dan and Karen worked hard to ensure that we got the optimum figure that we could get under some difficult circumstances.

Your Move has been more than outstanding in delivering their services when we bought our first home! In particular Karen has been absolutely fantastic; she went out of her way to help us and acted more on our behalf by regularly updating us, chasing documents that even our aolicitors failed to do and advised us honestly and in our best interest. We felt that Karen was as happy as we were when we got the keys!
Dan has also been amazingly helpful!
I highly, highly reccommend them and when I will need these services again I would no doubt choose Your Move and also their solicitors as things will go smoother and quicker, plus the fees are affordable.

Their emails often state for a quick response when in receipt of money. Yet on the flip side, a simple refund takes over 5 weeks. I'd probably be still waiting if I had not chased for an update....Very disappointing level of customer service.

Great experience from start to finish, as first-time buyers we needed a bit of guidance and Karen was always on hand to answer any questions and keep us updated on next steps. From the moment we booked our first viewing to collecting the keys we felt at ease.
Also well worth checking out their partner services as we ended up getting a better mortgage through them and also used one of their recommended solicitors who were also very good.

From taking the pictures and uploading them onto the internet and the outstanding support from Karen who found the perfect buyer at very short notice for us to ensure our purchase didn't fall through.

Very unprofessional, didn't follow government guidelines for covid safe. No sanitizer nor did the agent wear a mask. Even though other families waiting outside to view property. We were honest with the agent about our situation and followed all the rules needed to rent a property we even had a guarantor. With the response from the agent was you lied this was unprofessional and rude. With this explained everything and she still continued for us to sign the form and take the holding deposit very quickly and then no response until 2 weeks later. Avoid

I was previously with another Estate Agents to rent out our flat, unfortunately they did absolutely nothing and our flat was vacant for months.
Chloe @ Your Move had been phoning me regularly to try to transfer my business to them. I took a lot of persuading but I’m glad I did.
I found Chloe & Charlie @ Your Move very professional, I was kept updated on all viewings via email & any feedback received. My flat was rented out with weeks.
It’s not cheap but it got the job done and they did all the viewings and checks.
Would definitely use them again.

After a very worrying few weeks of trying to find a new rental home as our previous landlord had decide to sell (different agency).
We found our new home with the Your Move team in Bexleyheath and we have had a very good experience so far.
Chloe and Sanam were friendly, helpful and efficient.
We viewed the new house, did all the reference checks, got the keys and moved in within a month.
Any queries or concerns have been dealt with quickly and they respond to emails on the same day.

I wanted to buy a property through YourMove, at first they were very nice and professional. I made a reasonable offer on a property and had to increase it a few times before it was finally accepted. Once it was accepted, a couple of days later I received a phone call to say that someone came back with a "substantially higher" bid and that I had few hours to think about what to do.
They also force you to come in and speak to their instore financial specialist to try and hard sell mortgage offers to you (and not telling you all the added fees upfront) - thankfully I already had a broker lined up.
I really liked the property so I wanted to proceed and asked how much was needed to secure the property. Obviously the Agent said it was confidential and that even though my previous offer was accepted, she could not disclose the amount and I had to come back with a higher bid. A scare tactic to earn themselves more money. I decided not to proceed.
I found another property with a fantastic agent and managed to complete/collect my keys shortly after. I have walked passed the property on multiple occasions and whilst it is listed as sold, it has been that way for months - too bad :-)

We were very unhappy from early on. From the poor level of viewings to the agent not wanting to come out with the potential buys.
We gave notice to leave the contract as soon as possible but they found us a buyer right at the end.

Awful services and the bad attitudes! I called the letting manager Chloe and inquired the letting my house, she not only gave me the wrong advice, but insulted and offended me when I refused to take her wrong advice. She stopped me off the phone call, talked to me very rudely and cut off the call. I was absolutely shocked. When I made the complaint to the branch manager Dan, he tried so hard to cover her up. Firstly he said she cut off the call, because she is a human, human makes mistakes, so he thinks it is ok. Secondly he completely denied that she has given the wrong advice, even though it was so clear she got everything wrong. He tried to twist the meanings of the words to cover up, when I insisted that he should explain more about those weird meaning he has got, he couldn't and changed his mind to say that he was not there. Oh my God, how many wrongful conducts this office would do? how many excuses they want to find to cover up? .....Stay away from them! Run away from them!

Although I am happy about the sale of my property this office regularly didn't return calls when they said they would and I quite often had to chase for information which was quite frustrating, other than that an all round good service.
Samantha was amazing though, not only did she do her job she got to know me on a personal level which as we all know is an important selling tool as it makes you feel important as a customer and not just another sale for commission.
Karen was also very professional and strive to reach an outcome for me.

Please look elsewhere if you want to buy property. They are not honest to the buyers. They can keep you in suspense until their preferred secret buyer comes with bogus offer even if you are the highest bidder. They will not confirm your offer in writing until their suitors have the way. This branch will waste your time if you want to buy property.

Having seen plenty of estate agents over a long time,I have to say that the team at Your move Bexleyheath specifically Chloe and Lucy are a breath of fresh air.
Not only did Chloe deliver the impossible 3 years back and obtained a great tenant in ONE day,for a rental property .
However what was even more amazing is that after 3 years,Chloe and Lucy does the absolute impossible and gets a tenant in for the same property AGAIN ON the First day!!
(And this was after two months of another estate agent trying to find a tenant for the house)
