I Booked to view a property they had for sale in Dartford. When we arrived nobody was there. we called the landline number and text Corinne to confirm she would be attending. She replied half hour later when we arrived back home and said she was on another viewing elsewhere and never called us back. We have not heard anything since. Total time wasters

We had a very long and protracted experience with selling our property. We originally tried using some of the larger firms even though Paul came and gave us a valuation at the time of us first putting up the property. After not getting an offer over 16 weeks from well known high street firms we appointed Local Agent to sell our property. The property sold with within a week of being with them. Unfortunately we had a lot of issues with buyers and it wasn’t until our 4th buyer before we were able to move forward. Throughout the process, including the day of completion, Paul and Magdalena acted exceptionally and professionally and really assisted us through the process. Based on the experiance we had, we won’t be moving again for a very very long time but when we do, I shall be using Local Agent without fail.

Found a property being sold by this agent on Zoopla that I loved so much that on the day it was advertised I both called and left a voicemail, and emailed. Finally got hold of them 2 days later to be told all viewings for this property were booked up on the day advertised (the day I tried to contact them), and when I explained that I hadn't heard back that say, was told that I couldn't have (I have the confirmation!) And that he 'couldn't possibly comment on that'. Appalled. Finding a property in a seller's market is stressful enough, but unprofessional and poor customer service just makes it so much worse.

What can I say, all positives with top professionalism and expertise from Paul who will be with you each step of the way. My own experience was a house purchase in particular which from the start he went out of his way to squeeze me in for an already fully booked viewing day which someone else pulled out from at the last minute. Even if he is busy he always got back to me with the answers I was looking for providing reassurances along the way throughout the process. He will advise you accordingly, is polite and honest and really just the estate agent you want to deal with which I'm sure he and Local Agent will go a long way in the competition. Thank you for making the entire experience a lot less stressful. Definitely recommended!

I was very impressed with the service provided by LocalAgent compared to 3 other estate agencies that I had tried before to help me sell my home; one claimed to be the #1 agency in the area and the other 2 failed to arrange even a single viewing. Paul and his team at LocalAgent worked very hard and it was their persistence and determination that helped to generate a lot of viewings and ultimately led to the sale of my property above my asking price (compared to the #1 agency that wanted me to accept a lower offer so they could get their commission and add one more property to their completed sales roster). During the marketing period, LocalAgent monitored the online interest in my property and when the interest levels started decreasing, they suggested and made relevant changes to help increase the interest levels again. During the sale process, LocalAgent's support team and Paul have gone far beyond what one would expect from an estate agent. They worked really hard, constantly stayed in touch with solicitors, my buyer and the downward chain to ensure timely exchange of contracts and completion and ensuring things are progressing as it was a stressful time due to the stamp duty holiday deadline. I am very happy with LocalAgent and would highly recommend them and use them again if I am buying / selling in the future. Unlike a large or highly popular estate agency, LocalAgent cares and treats buyers / sellers like they are buying / selling themselves and therefore aim to get a positive outcome for both sides. We asked Paul to value our house on a whim, we needed bigger spaces due to an increase in family. When he said what he could sell our property for, we took a chance and went for it as it was a lot more than we expected and enabled us to move as a result. He did everything he said he would do with in a very nice manner (friendly and professional). I wouldn’t use another estate agent to sell my property again as without him I don’t think we would have got the opportunity to buy the property we now have ????

I highly recommend you DO NOT use Local Agent. I contacted them 5 times on my behalf and my partners for a property and had ZERO response from them. They say that they will have contacted you but if 2 people have filled out multiple forms and have called and have had no form of contact via phone or email they clearly have NOT contacted you. Very unhelpful and unwilling to try to sort anything out for you. Only contact them if you want to waste your time, get no house and be told you have been receiving calls from them when you haven’t. 10/10 USELESS!

Thank you for your response. I understand that viewings go quickly and this is not my issue. My issue is that there was zero communication from your side, the only communication was based on me chasing you which is completely unacceptable. When I told your colleague on the phone I have not been contacted, he replied and said I definitely would have. I then repeated that myself and my partner have had absolutely no reply from yourselves, he then said that’s not possible, which is basically implying that myself and my partner are liars which is very unprofessional. I have never experienced anything so unprofessional from an estate agent in the past year that I have been looking for a house. I can definitely say that I will not be using Local Agent again and will definitely not recommend you to anyone. Thanks.

Local Agents service and care of attention was on another level.
We had been on the market with 3 other well known agents and none of them could sell our house. It felt like they pushed us aside as just being another customer looking at the money side and nothing else.
