I do not recommend this agency. Throughout my mortgage journey, I have dealt with an agent called Anita. The only time she was nice to me was during our first 2 calls. Other than that she was pushy, always in a rush, did not listen to me. i was going through a very stressful process and she was not helpful at all. At the end, after a year and a half of struggle and nerves, i finally got my key and i felt relieved that i could finally stop communicating with her. When i got into the apartment, it didnt look anything like how it did a year and a half ago. it was dirty, flooded, floor boards were sticking out, holes in the walls, rat poisoning everywhere under the fixtures of the kitchen, filthy walls, windows and bathrooms. The apartment looked abandoned and old. 1 year and a half ago seeing the apartment for the first time it didnt look that way. its not the agency's fault for how the owner left the house but i do reckon that the agency would at least ensure me that the owner would maybe give the house a general clean and keep it decent for me to move in. If you buy a house with them dont expect a house like in the movies with a congrats card, a red ribbon at the door or flowers. the house was given to me with the ceiling nearly falling over me. The agency did not collaborate with me as if i was a buyer, which would have been normal. The reason I made a review after 3 months of purchase, i am still repairing the faults in the house. Disappointed, i must say!

When I finally decided on a place and had to move in quickly due to a time crunch she really tried to make sure I got into the new place as soon as possible, even working after hours. The whole process was really seamless and easy.

My tenant recently gave notice and I advised that I wanted to carry out a major refurbishment of my apartment in Greenhithe but I naturally wanted to minimise the void period.
I cannot thank Jayne Challoner enough for the help that I received from her in particular to achieve this.
Jayne quickly found me a new tenant and I cannot over emphasise the critical part that she played in achieving my objective by liaising with them in the background and preparing the Tenancy Agreement while I got on with the work.
Whenever I telephoned the Lettings Team, if Jayne was not available, I got an urgent response to my voicemail, and there was always a "Can-Do" approach to my enquiries. - something quite rare these days!!

An amazing estate agent that I cannot fault. I dealt with Miro at your move and I honestly cannot fault this man. The day we met him for a viewing he was a bubbly, caring and very nice man. He couldn’t do enough for us and any questions throughout the process he did not hesitate to answer and was very quick on his replies. He was efficient and a down to earth guy. He was easy to get along with. Any issues that we reported to him he would sort them out as soon as possible. Overall Miro was a lovely guy and very helpful throughout. I am so happy that I managed to get my house after waiting for 9 months due to various reasons. Through the whole journey, Steve had been super supportive with chasing up the chain for me. He also taught me massive knowledge of the procedures with regards to buying a house. This had been so useful to a first time buyer!!

Please avoid these people at all costs. Only interested in making commission. My experience with them has to be the worst yet. I made an agreement to move in and told the agent the approximate time that we would be in the area. We reached our location late due to traffic on the motorway. While on our way we called to find out if our tenancy agreement was ready so we would get the keys. Multiple calls and no response from agent. Got through to the office and was told the tenancy agreement is not ready and they would work at it the soonest. Mind you we were on our way. We arrived at 1 pm and the moving vehicle at 1:22. We never got the agreement until 17:19. The moving truck was charging £75 per hour. When asked who will stand the cost all they keep saying was that they were sorry. Apart from the downpayment for the moving truck we had to pay £525 instead of £150 and we didn’t even budget for that. To top it off, we entered into a very filthy house. Dirty carpets, messy toilet and kitchen. Yet we had an agent who would have dealt with everything. They failed us!!!

Although we didn't find a property through Your Move, they unfortunately just didn't have what we needed on the books, we had the most fantastic service from them. Amy, who we viewed two properties with couldn't have given us more help. She was attentive, curteous, responsive and patient during the viewings, giving us the time we needed and not rushing us through the viewings as most other companies did! She also took time to send us any information we needed and also forwarded other properties she thought might fit the bill. Amy is a credit to Your Move, she is extremely professional whilst being delightful at the same time. We can definitely recommend Amy & Your Move to anybody wishing to move to Dartford! I can not recommend the team at Right Move Dartford enough. From beginning to end I can not fault the whole team, from Steve the branch manager to the junior guys learning the ropes I was always given professional, honest information in a timely manner.
Our selling journey was not the easiest as I sold my home In the hight of the property boom of early 22, it took several months, however my calls were always returned and emails replied too, I never felt like I didn’t know what was going on.
The team get 5 stars ?? ???????? from both myself and my husband, I would highly recommend the team to anyone selling their property in the Dartford area.

Great service and would highly recommend Your Move.I had a tenant vacate a rental flat in November after many years & wasn’t sure whether to sell or possibly rent out again. I don’t live in the area so i had to phone round all the estate agents to decide which on to use. Right from the get go they came across much more focused, switched on and hungry for the business which is what you want when you have an empty flat!
Within a week the Sales team got me good offer considering the current interest rates, However, the lettings team pulled it out the bag with a 40% rental increase & one year upfront.
Steve is an experienced hands on manager which made a huge difference.

Came to Your Move Dartford as a buyer and dealt with Jayne as the vendors agent. She was fantastic not only for her vendors but overall in regards to the progress of the sale. No blockade of solicitors receptionists and hold lines could stop her getting through and then shimmying the conveyancing process along to prevent almost all completely avoidable delays. Excellent communication was the name of the game with both buyers and vendors and arranging things like surveyor access was a breeze. This all resulted in a completion earlier than imagined with all the i's dotted and t's crossed. I Understood why I lost my holding deposit on a place with this company but not happy as technically issue was with landlord being to controlling and fussy over blinds, I could tell we wouldn’t be happy if we moved there and had to pull out cos felt pressured.

We have recently rented our property through Your Move (Dartford Branch) and have been dealing with Ella Marriner. Firstly if it hadn't been for Ella, we would have pulled the plug on renting our property through this company. She is professional, friendly and the only person who returns your calls and is available to deal with you on a daily basis. I actually feel I have a good client rapport with Ella and she is an asset to the Dartford Branch. I would give Ella 5 stars for the level of service we received from her.
The reason for my lower star rating is the level of service I have received from other members of the Dartford and Gravesend Branch. This will be the second tenant we have let through Your Move and upon finding the new tenant there was only a verbal agreement with Louis Buckland (Valuation Manager) until we renegotiated our fees. Regarding the fees we were dealing with Louis, who we found very unprofessional and he never returned our calls and at one point we were told he was actually out of the office when in fact he was in the office. He left it to the point where we had no choice but to go through with the new Your Move tenancy due to the fees incurred and then tried to put our fully managed fees up by 160% and eventually agreeing to a 60% increase. In this current climate, I think this is unacceptable. For the level/quality of the fully managed service we have received in the last 24 months, we do not think this increase is justified considering I had to deal directly with the tenant previously due to not being informed of issues by the management company which we are paying for.

Managed to get 5 people through the door, one of which had no intention of buying the house.
Sold our house at a good price, although the house was in very good condition so i feel any agent could of sold the house.
After care was non existent when we needed somewhere to rent for a short period of time, very disappointing considering the commission they received on the sale of our house.

The worst agent I have EVER come across, the lady in sales was worst agent I have EVER had to deal with, STAY AWAY FROM THIS BRANCH! the PM team have no clue what they are doing and the lettings team just lie to get what they want, the only person who was honest and worth dealing with was Ella in Lettings. Communication was shocking and the lies lettings and sales told was another level. DONT trust anything they say!!

Exceptional service from an expert team. We initially had our house up for sale with Purple Bricks who failed on every level. In typical Purple Bricks fashion once they have you they do nothing to actually push the sale of your home. YourMove were the complete opposite.
From our initial home visit to completion Steve and his team were outstanding and kept us informed at every step of the way. They had us sold in three weeks. Something Purple Bricks couldn't do in a year. Friendly professional and efficient. If you live in the Dartford area and want your home sold quickly, use Your Move.

Apparently now the tenants of a flat have to do the estate agent's job for them. 2 families and a lady turned up at the flat we're moving out of in a few days last night all at completely varying times. There was no estate agent accompanying any of them, two of them had struggled to find the place and we had to assist them with locating it, once located ultimately my housemate and I had to show them around and talk over the flat's details. Can we expect commission for our assistance in a potential sale? Shocking laziness and unprofessionalism.
Terrible experience throughout the past two years.

Agent arrived late to the inital viewing and this was only the start of it. Communication was poor, customer service skills lacking. Spent alot of our time chasing them in relation to referencing etc. To top it off we received a call last minute to say that the landlord had to move back into the property. (At this point they had only just sent us the referencing forms to complete, despite numerous phone calls and the fact the deposit had been paid over a month ago.) Avoid at all costs!

I must praise Steve Lock and his sales team at YourMove Dartford. Having been badly let down twice by a previous Agent (costly abortive sales – and other later unsatisfactory points) I came to YourMove at a very low ebb in my emotions in selling my property. From the moment I first stepped foot inside the branch, Steve and all his team were welcoming, polite, professional, and gave advice (in a clear way) that always proved bang-on correct – the latter particularly a big change from my previous experiences. Yes, I had to agree a slightly higher commission rate above that of my previous Agent, but I have no regrets in doing so because it was worth it. One gets what one pays for, and I got a much better service as a result. I finally felt safe in their hands.
I was kept fully informed at every stage of viewings of what was happening. Negotiations in agreeing (or not) a sale price were conducted in an exemplary fashion. Once an offer was accepted, Steve and his team were very proactive (liaising with myself and the Buyer and both sets of Solicitors) in overcoming any Conveyancing issues – in one particular aspect literally going the extra mile to help! If I had any questions or points to raise, Steve’s team were all warm and patient in hearing me, and any issues got promptly seen to.
If anyone is looking to sell a Property, I unreservedly recommend Steve Lock and YourMove Dartford to you as you will be in safe hands. I certainly intend making them my first port of call should I become responsible for selling any property in the locality in the future.

Have been looking for a place to move for a few weeks now. Out of 10+ Agencies I have dealt with this has been by far the worst.
Arranged a viewing with the office for an apartment. On the day of the viewing we got there 15 minutes early as to not keep anyone waiting. 10 minutes after the viewing should have started and no one calling me I decided to call the office. They apologized to me and told me their colleague got caught up in a previous viewing and will be there shortly.
In the end we waited almost 35 minutes for the agent to arrive. In the meantime someone else had showed up, probably for the time slot after us. When the agent arrived she completely ignored me at first and greeted the other person first. After going up to her and introducing myself, saying I had the viewing 30 minutes ago. She looked at me for a second and then turned around and started speaking with the other person and continued to do so throughout the whole viewing, she never thought to at least apologize to us.
After that I had to share the viewing with someone else while the agent completely ignored me and only engaged with the other person.
It was all highly unprofessional and we left the viewing feeling like we just wasted time and money to get to the apartment.
Their office has been helpful but the viewing was horrifyingly bad.

worst experience I ever had - wana be smart >>>> stay away of that agency .....they never answer phone....they never call back(not iven when they tell you 6 times that they will) and at the end of the contract they will take everything they can from you(which is more that you will expect); and they always manage to move slower then you would expect - no matter how low is your standard :)))
PS: when I wanted to see the property they let that in the job of the ex-tenant >>>>who was an est european or rusian lady ....who spoke no english :)))
I can not complain : they were nice people but 100% unable to do their job - their professional lvl was way way way under all the other agencies I ever worked with :((
