I have been a Full Service Client of Your Move Dartford for nearly twenty Years.
My tenant recently gave notice and I advised that I wanted to carry out a major refurbishment of my apartment in Greenhithe but I naturally wanted to minimise the void period.
I cannot thank Jayne Challoner enough for the help that I received from her in particular to achieve this.
Jayne quickly found me a new tenant and I cannot over emphasise the critical part that she played in achieving my objective by liaising with them in the background and preparing the Tenancy Agreement while I got on with the work.
Whenever I telephoned the Lettings Team, if Jayne was not available, I got an urgent response to my voicemail, and there was always a "Can-Do" approach to my enquiries. - something quite rare these days!!
I now have a happy Tenant and I am a very happy Landlord.

An amazing estate agent that I cannot fault. I dealt with Miro at your move and I honestly cannot fault this man. The day we met him for a viewing he was a bubbly, caring and very nice man. He couldn’t do enough for us and any questions throughout the process he did not hesitate to answer and was very quick on his replies. He was efficient and a down to earth guy. He was easy to get along with. Any issues that we reported to him he would sort them out as soon as possible. Overall Miro was a lovely guy and very helpful throughout. I would 100% recommend Miro to anyone looking to rent or buy a property because he won’t let you down. I would definitely rate Miro a 5* with everything that he has done for us.

I want to leave a 5* review and more if I could for Miro. We used Your Move to move into our first home and every step of the way was done with ease thanks to Miro.
Miro was supportive, genuine, bubbly, open and always held our best interest. Miro never failed to surpass our expectations and it’s thanks to his hard work, determination and kind nature that we have now settled into our first home. We couldn’t have done this without him.

I am so happy that I managed to get my house after waiting for 9 months due to various reasons. Through the whole journey, Steve had been super supportive with chasing up the chain for me. He also taught me massive knowledge of the procedures with regards to buying a house. This had been so useful to a first time buyer!!
Many issues happened during the long waiting but thankfully I have Steve to help out. Tom had been there whenever I need him. A very good team! I definitely recommend them!

Please avoid these people at all costs. Only interested in making commission. I was considering selling through them so decided to book an appointment as a buyer first to see how they conduct themselves and I've never experienced as much displeasure as when dealing with Anita. Buyers and sellers beware!

Jayne was the estate agent helping me rent a property. Although it didn't quite go to plan as we expected, due to things out of our control which happens in moving sometimes, jayne went above and beyond to help me and kept me informed as much as possible to make sure things went as smoothly as possible. Although the process at the start was slow progressing and we had some lack of contact, the team were very helpful at supporting us once it started picking up.
Steve was very good at handling the situational demands on both ends and regularly updated us on any progressions and requirements.
