If I could give M&J more stars, I would! Pete and Jonny went so far above and beyond to help me (I live 70 miles away from where I was selling and had just had a baby!) and for that, I cannot thank them enough. My wife and I recently purchased a house with Mortlock & Joyce here in Dartford, as first time buyers… Newly renovated with a large garden… Both foreigners to the country, we didn’t realise the process was going to take so long for us; 6 months in total approximately from original offer to house keys.... Jon was more like our psychologist than land agent ????, super helpful & friendly, never to busy to answer a question, set up the WhatsApp group for us… etcetc Also great social media video to send family in our respective countries… And when we finally got keys a lovely gift/Portrait which we will always treasure… We both can highly recommend Mortlock & Joyce and if we ever upgrade we will definitely be using them again Thx guy’s... We asked Jon to value our house. We didn't really want to sell but we were in a situation where we might have had no choice. He was very informative, and we were happy with the valuation he gave us. In the end, the advice he gave meant we didn't have to sell the house, so we were even happier with that. Although we didn't put the house on the market at that point, we were appreciative that he didn't say what we needed to do to just get the house on the market, and for that reason we wouldn't think twice about using him to sell in the future....
