From the very first viewing of the property right through to moving in and even afterwards, Caroline has gone above and beyond to make the entire process as smooth and stress-free as possible.<br><br>She has been incredibly professional, patient, approachable and understanding. Whenever I have had a question or needed help with anything, she has always been willing to assist and has genuinely made me feel supported rather than just another tenant.<br><br>Moving home can be extremely stressful, but having Caroline there throughout the process made such a difference to me and my family. 3rd Aug 2026 (6 weeks ago)I would never use this company after the experience I’ve had living next to one of there tenants what for 4 years, please be careful as they don’t take no responsibility and the person letting it thinks it’s not there problem<br>Dartford as as bad as old Derrick at Northumberland heath and he was a real bad experience for people I know<br>I recommend wisdom, they are amazing

Once the offer had been accepted the sale was dealt with very efficiently. Those that we had the most contact with were Ben, Shannon, Sanyell, and Jake. All helped to make the process so much easier and it was a pleasure to work with you. Thank you so much, I will certainly be recommending your services.

They did not even call me to let me know if it was cancelled or for whatever reason. I even called them on the same day, a few hours back, to ask about something which I assumed they were reminded about our appointment. What a waste of time, effort and resources.

The video by Corinne was amazing and the property was live and on the market within hours. It sold on the first viewing for above the marketed value. Although completion took longer than anticipated Paul & Dawn kept us updated throughout the process. I cannot recommend Local Agent enough. Denise and Ken
