THEY ARE SCAMMERS. I am a landlord and had the worst experience with Loft and Main managing my property. They neglected essential maintenance, leaving my tenant to pay out of pocket for repairs. Loft and Main also falsely charged for repairs that were never done, including painting, microwave replacement, and flush repairs. They failed to protect the tenant's deposit in a legal scheme, ignored my emails, and misrepresented the rent payment arrangement. Avoid this agency at all costs.
I am Filing a formal complaint with The Property Ombudsman (TPO), of which they are a member (Registration Number: T04101) and
Initiating legal proceedings to recover the funds owed to me, along with any legal fees and associated costs incurred as a result of this action.

Probably the worst agency in the country. I do not recommend them to prospective tenants.
I had to call them multiple times to get my security deposit refund, which took more than two months from the date we moved out of the property. After calling them continuously for one month, they finally made the refund. The person answering the phone did not know anything about what was going on in the company (or they pretended not to). They gave multiple excuses every time I contacted them, none of which had anything to do with my concern. They wasted a lot of my time. However, I did not let them hold my money illegally for so long. I fought and I won.

Beware of this company to all landlords as they don’t pay you rent on time and keep giving you excuses it’s seems like they will be going out of business very soon
They owe me over £10000 in rent
There office was closed yesterday and today means Friday and Saturday and still no response of messages and phone calls

Worst agency that we have dealt with for a while.
Our experience before we officially signed and became tenants were great. After our tenancy it was somewhat a nightmare.
We locked ourselves out from our flat at 7am. We went to their office to borrow their spare key for 5 minutes to cut a copy but they refused to lend it. They sent us away and told us to get a locksmith out instead. Unhelpful is an understatement.
A week later, the lovely lady from the shop downstairs told me that the shop have a spare key to the flat as it is owned by the same landlord, andthat they have already told the agency that the spare key is available. So not only did the agency refused to lend heir copy of the key, they also omitted telling us this information. I paid £100 for the locksmith to come out when I did not have to. Not only was the agency not helpful, but it felt like they were deliberately being unhelpful.
A month after we moved in, the boiler stopped working and I was without heating for a while day with a small baby. I called the agency at least 5 times, and the answer is always he same ..they are liaising with the landlord. Finally gave up and went downstairs to tell the landlord and it was resolved almost immediately. Not everyone is so lucky to live above their landlord so not sure how others get their maintenance issue resolved via this agency.

Loft and Main have been very engaging and easy to work with. They have been flexible to design a package to suit my requirements as a Landlord and are very reasonably priced. They also provided excellent inventory support. They are new to the Maidenhead area and over the next 6 months will strengthen their local presence.
