We've put a massive amount of thought into selling our house, and I'm glad we did, because there's no doubt Sinton Andrew / Rob and his team were the right people for the job. Not only is Rob incredibly experienced and knowledgable, so is his team and this cant be said for all Northfields estate agents - and we met them all so we should know! Rob developed the right strategy for our house, exceed our expectations with the price, but primarily made sure he got it over the line when the chain wasn't quite playing along. I would recommend Sinton Andrews to anyone, and i would certainly use them again.

Wow! We had one of the most complex house buying processes out there and through it all Sinton Andrews, specifically Rob was there to walk us through it. Rob is thoughtful and thorough. We have known Jackie & Rob for 10+ years and have viewed numerous properties with them over the years. We have had a bumpy jouney over the last few years looking for the forever home for our growing family and aging parent. Jackie and Rob have managed to sell our house very quickly, and helped us get offer accepted on our dream home. The process has been smooth overall given the complexity of the chain situation, and took just slightly over 2 months to completion. Communication is always very timely and clear. Rob and Jackie are the best! After deliberating for months about whether to move or not, we finally went for it and put our house up for sale in early September - classic timing as it was just before the mini-budget!!!
Despite the subsequent ups and downs, Rob and Jackie remained calm. They worked very hard to secure the sale and were a joy to deal with during the process.
I was impressed by Sinton Andrews when I bought a flat in Ealing 20 years ago (!) and I'm still just as impressed now.

We have come across and dealt with most real estate agents in the Ealing area in our search for our dream home, and can confidently say they are by far the best agent!
Sinton Andrews did a fantastic job from the start. The viewing was very professional and Robert was knowledgeable about the property, which allowed us to make an informed decision whether to put down an offer. Throughout the conveyancing process they were pragmatic in finding solutions when issues arose and facilitated an open dialogue between to various parties (vendors, solicitors and us). They further went the extra mile engaging parties across the chain to get the sale done at a time when the stamp duty holiday was about to expire. Making it in time was a large part due to their hard work and dedication.
We can highly recommend Sinton Andrews - in particular Robert Andrews who managed the sale. No doubt we’ll be hiring them if we ever decide to move away from Ealing!

Jackie has been incredibly reliable, responsive and professional. We viewed a house she was selling and knew straight away it was the one for us, but our property wasn't on the market yet. We were headed out of town for the Easter holidays so we handed our keys to Jackie in the hope that she might sell it while we were away. She arranged 18 viewings in the first week and found us a buyer before we returned, we then had the usual chain wobbles but she kept us informed every step of the way and clearly had a very good hold of all interested parties because the issues were resolved within a week and all was well. Jackie helped us buy and sell our property in a very competitive market. I appreciated her clear and straightforward way of communicating. I trust her experience and advice. She went above and beyond to ensure our chain would complete ahead of the stamp duty deadline. We're very happy in our new house but if we ever come to sell it, we will certainly be going back to Jackie at Sinton Andrews.

We have, over the last three years, signed up with every estate agent between Chiswick and Hounslow. It has been a difficult market due to Brexit and Covid but only one agency has stood out in terms of service and that is Sinton Andrews.
Our main interactions have been with Rob Andrews, a man with significant local expertise who has always guided us with complete honesty. When we have liaised with other members of the firm (eg Jackie), we have found them to be great too.
Rob has earned a level of faith and trust from me that if he advised me to buy a property without seeing it, I would do so. This is because he takes the time to understand the buyer’s needs and doesn’t try to flog everything to everyone with the stereotypical estate agent patter.

I know these guys have great reviews and stats but in our experience they were terrible! Not a single viewing for 6 weeks and didn't bother giving any updates unless we called them, even then the only advice was to reduce our price. We would have done this but without any viewings or feedback we didn't agree. We asked to be released from our contract but Jackie refused. It was brought to our attention that another seller had a very similar experience to ours and had been released from their contract. Only after highlighting this to Rob did they agree. We went to a local competitor who arranged 9 viewings even before we went live, after feedback we agreed to go with the lower asking price. We eventually sold for a whopping 11k over asking price (only 9k below original asking price). Would never use Sinton Andrews again and have advised our friends and family not to either. Absolutely awful!

Any estate agent that will make a special trip to check whether an immersion heater is running in an empty flat and turn it off when the overseas Executor of an Estate suddenly receives an electricity bill obviously believes in customer care (not something that can be said for a lot of estate agents) but that is what Jackie did for us.
Jackie had the somewhat 'basket case' of a flat under offer shortly after being instructed. Unfortunately the sale fell through due to Covid related reasons but Jackie had the flat back under offer within a week, no mean feat when the Country was coming out of 'lockdown' and the sale has now completed. Jackie was friendly, helpful and professional throughout the entire transaction and kept us updated at all times.

I couldn't have had better representation from Jackie. From valuation, through structural surveys and eventually to completion, her expertise was invaluable, always offering both myself and the buyer sensible, practical and valuable advice every step of the way. She was involved, and it was clear that her goal was to achieve the best possible outcome for all parties concerned.
I have been involved with the purchase and sale of a number of properties, and I can honestly say I have not worked with an estate agent of the caliber and integrity that Jackie (and, I imagine, all of those who work at Sinton Andrews) brings to the table.
