The team were excellent throughout, negotiating both a sale and purchase price that suited everyone. They accommodate all requests and answered the many questions I had. Had 2 positive experiences with the Watton staff.
The valuation of my home was thorough and accurate. EVERY aspect of further marketing was covered in clear detail. I knew exactly how my home would be marketed and presented.
I also went to visit a property. The agent was bang on time, very smartly dressed and knew EVERYTHING about the property. I wouldn't hesitate to engage William H Brown, Watton to sell my property.
