0 stars! My experience I've been on a waiting list for years for I could find a rental house for my family and they never called me. Call a lot of times and go in person to see if they could help me because I needed it and it was always the same answer. We will call you and since then they have never called me after years that is supposedly registered on the list.

From the initial meeting up with Conor 4 years ago I was really impressed with the knowledge, professionalism and trustworthy rapport we build. ( I had a meeting with 3 other agents that day to decide who will I sign with).
Eventually I've decided to go with the Andrews and after 4 years I could say it was a good decision as Conor and his team are superb in every aspect!
For me it was especially important as I am aboard most of the time and really needed someone trustworthy.

Went for a viewing and the renting property had missing fridge, cooker and washing machine. Agent told us that they will only buy the fridge and the cooker, that we need to get our own washing machine. After countless viewings and appointments with other estates agents with poor customer service around Uxbridge (won't name them) I was recommended Andrews Residential. Speaking initially over the phone they actually seemed interested and had great interpersonal skills. I was not happy with the treatment of this staff. I called as I was really interested in viewing a particular listing in Uxbridge and the gentleman didn't really give me time to ask questions just started talking trying to book me into a viewing within two days. I had to stop him and say “it’s difficult during the week as I’m a doctor in the nhs. Do you offer Saturday viewings?” He was very rude at this point and just have a very blunt “No” response. I’m not sure if he is the only person in the location but maybe the staff needs to train a bit more on communication skills and hospitality when you are trying to obtain a rental agreement as I was looking particularly at that property and would have placed an offer upon viewing

After failing to sell our house through another agent over the course of 6 months with no offers, we decided to give Andrews a go and thank god we did!
The whole process from start to finish took under 3 months with several offers on the table and we accepted on the asking price. James and the team responded to our calls within the hour, their communication of the process was clearly outlined, they we're considerate & patient with my mum who was very nervous about changing agents and respected our wishes with regards to viewings.

Don't rent a property managed by these people. They tried to charge us checkout fees that were not in our contract and also illegal for them to charge. They also lied about the property having a private garden to both us and also the other tenants sharing the garden. I know the industry has a reputation for dishonesty and shady tactics but these guys are something else.

As first time buyers, naturally we were inexperienced when it came to purchasing a property. Thankfully, we were very well looked after by James and Ben at Andrew's who guided us through the process.
At every step of the way, we felt that our interests were being looked out for and the team proactively worked on progressing the sale by working with both the solicitors and the vendor.
Its also worth mentioning we used the solicitors recommended by Andrews, called Austin Edwards which are based in Pinner. As it happens, they worked out to be the cheaper of 3 quotes.

We got keys to our first home today. And the process wouldn't have been easy without the support of the wonderful people at Andrews Residential. I would recommend James Cheal and Ben Purcell as thorough professionals with great customer relationship skills. From placing the offer to securing the keys, James has been in contact to make sure everything was to our liking. He had to come down to open the property every other week for about 3 months for us to get quotes from builders and decorators, for us to show friends and family etc., and he did it for us without any complaints.
