Brilliant Sales and Letting Agents
We bought a property in Oldfield Park back in 2015 through Madison Oakley. Very straightforward transaction and my great niece used it for her stay at Bath University. Once she no longer needed it they let the property for us, finding us very suitable tenants, looking after the property and providing us a good return on our investment. Very recently we had decided we would sell and in a more difficult marketplace they have sold the property for us too. Excellent performance on every occcasion. Many thanks.

My wife and I recently purchased a property through Madison Oakley, who were excellent, particularly so considering the time constraints presented by the purchaser of our house.
M.O.'s professionalism, guidance and sheer willingness to assist and speed things along has been nothing short of fantastic. Without Carey, Sarah and Davina, who are clearly very experienced, critical paths would not have been met, and the sale of our property/purchase of the new house would have fallen through.

We chose Madisons due to their experience in selling property. No sales talk just the required facts, info and what we needed to know to sell the house, which was greatly appreciated. We had a slightly longer sale period due to requiring deeds and probate but Madisons staff all gave excellent service, advice and help throughout. Photos and info of the property were superb and any unusual question I asked was answered with patience and understanding. In the end the sale price was pretty much as Madisons originally specified.
Overall, we were very impressed. Many thanks to you all.

After contacting other estate agents in bath who proved to be absolutely useless , I was recommended to contact madison and Oakley by a friend , I’m glad I did during the sale of my aunts property all at madison and Oakley were extremely professional, knowledgeable, helpful , polite ,honest , prompt everything you could ask for while selling a property , they worked endlessly on our behalf, kept us updated with daily phone calls , emails always on time whilst meeting at the property and went above and beyond in their work for us absolutely brilliant service , highly recommend madison and Oakley estate agents in bath , if you want professional honest knowledge service and a estate agent who is genuinely working on your behalf don’t go anywhere else , thankyou to all at madison and Oakley for your amazing service and all the time you put in working on our behalf , many thanks from my aunt mrs potter and myself for your excellent service
