I’m not normally one to leave reviews, but I genuinely couldn’t not on this occasion given how amazing the service from PSP Hurstpierpoint Branch has been. From the very beginning, Josh was outstanding. He is incredibly professional and has an amazing eye when it comes to presenting a property. The photos he took of our house were fantastic and the advert itself looked so slick and professional – it really made our home stand out. PSP as a whole have a very modern, polished style that makes houses look incredible and clearly helps achieve the best possible price. The communication throughout the entire process was absolutely impeccable. The team went above and beyond to arrange viewings around our difficult shift-work schedule, constantly kept us updated with how each viewing went, and always took the time to seek feed back properly. They continuously offered advice not only on the sale of our home, but also on our onward purchase – talking us through the process, guide prices, offers, and giving honest, helpful advice. They spent so much time explaining things and really made us feel supported and informed every step of the way. Nicki was absolutely brilliant. She is such a lovely person, extremely efficient, and always kept us up to date with offers, the sale progression, and communication with solicitors. She responded quickly and was always on top of everything. We also had some genuinely lovely chats with her along the way, even about non-house-related things, which just shows how personable and caring she is. Annie was also fantastic – always timely and professional when showing people around our home, great at communicating viewing times, and very helpful with liaising about keys and access. What really stood out was how much the whole team genuinely cared about the sale of our home and about making the process as stress-free as possible. The WhatsApp communication was a huge bonus too – it made it so easy to get in touch, and we always received a timely response, even if the specific person we needed wasn’t immediately available. Couldn't be more grateful to Josh and the team at PSP homes! After doing our research and speaking to multiple estate agents in the area, PSP's strategy and ways of working stood out. Psp ensured the photos were professionally done capturing all the special details you can't normally see from a photo. Their marketing spread wider than the usual Rightmove and website links we all see. They used their audience on social media to boost awareness which helped massively as they have a target audience in the area! Not only was their marketing the best I have seen a mile off, the team were kind, attentive and super communicative. A WhatsApp group was set up almost immediately so all queries pre sales and sales progression were answered straight away and without fuss and waiting days for an email response. Josh gave us his expert advice and I am so grateful he did as the house sold straight away after we implemented the changes suggested. I chose PSP Homes in Hurstpierpoint to sell our home in Sayers Common, as Josh successfully sold my aunt's home in Haywards Heath, which had gone through probate. I did the classic and saw our future home before putting ours on the market. I phoned Josh, and he worked his magic (and late into the evening) by putting our property on Rightmove by the Friday night. The photos taken were amazing, and the coloured booklet and write up was of high quality. We were thrilled with the speed and quality of work that Josh and his team had already taken to get our property noticed. The WhatsApp feature was a great addition to have. It was easy and a godsend, as it worked so well whilst we were away on holiday. Annie and Nicki were always there to keep me in the loop, especially Nicki. She feels like a close friend now! Nicki was amazing and went out of her way to make sure it went as smooth, as house sales can be. She was sympathetic and super efficient. She gave good advice and has a great sense of humour!
