Always a stressful process and buyers solicitors were tardy. However, Connells chased up each stage and pushed the process as necessary to completion.

Connells made buying our first house so easy and stress free. The house is exactly what we wanted and Steph managed to find it quickly based on what we said we wanted. Would also highly recommend Nick, who we used for our mortgage services. He was great at communicating and got all our paperwork done quickly and efficiently. The whole experience with the company was as stress free as buying a house could be and that was down to the hard work put in by the Connells team. Would highly recommend.

They were absolutely fantastic, they were not only great at answering all questions on our first and subsequent viewings, but most importantly they helped so much to keep our chain going when it all looked set to fall apart below us. Stephanie and her team went above and beyond to help keep the chain below us going ensuring our sale and purchase didn’t fall through. They were refreshing to deal with compared to past experiences.

Well where do I start!! From the very beginning I was very impressed with Stephanie Briscoe and her professional knowledge of the area and confident approach to successfully finding a buyer for our home. It was between Connells and another local competitor MM but after meeting with Stephanie, the decision was made and paperwork completed. What a journey it had been, buyers and sellers from hell throughout the chain which ended up involving seven properties but through all the peaks and troughs, there was Stephanie, solid as a rock. Selling and buying houses is not for wimps and would therefore have no hesitation in highly recommending Stephanie and her team at Connells in Burgess Hill. It’s always hard to hear the truth but honesty is the best policy. You will always get the truth from Stephanie no matter how much you might not like to hear it but is a breathe of fresh air in an industry who generally are ducking and diving to get a sale like MM who lied to their client at the top risking the whole chain. So with all that in mind, if you want professionalism, honesty, humour, tenacity, good character, determination, trust, reliability and someone who goes the extra mile and won’t give up until it’s all signed and delivered, then contact Connells and ask for Stephanie Briscoe. Would highly recommend to buy through Connells, especially if first time buyer. Andy, Steph, Nick and the team are very patient considering how much we called them throughout the process and they took each and every call or called back if unavailable. We did approach other agents however they seemed disinterested or "nothing available" for us (even if there were on websites etc!)
