Horrible letting agency. I do not recommend their services to anyone. They are liars and trying to trick people into letting their properties and the end of your tenancy you’ll never see your deposit back. I have rented a property which was in a very bad condition and took care of it like it was my own home and when I had to move because of my job the letting agency started accusing me of breaking the fire alarms and took my deposit. The fire alarms have never been there and I have proof of it but they decided to ignore me and stopped replying to my emails. They are friends with landlords and trying to steal from people like me. Now i have decided to seek help from a solicitor because I will not stop until I get my money back.... Read more

I've just completed both the sale (Mansion Estates) of my property and the purchase (Mansion Mortgages) of my new property with Mansion and I cannot recommend them highly enough. I worked with Saira to arrange my new mortgage who moved mountains to get me the best deal going that beat the rates of any other broker I had spoken to. Saira is a true professional with a depth of knowledge across financial services and is genuinely concerned with getting the best outcome for you and helping you to grow in the future. Saira handles your transaction with such care and attention; it's clear that she is genuinely invested in a good outcome for you. She was always on hand to answer any questions and would make time for you whenever needed. Truly a pleasure to work with, I will be working with her again in future and have referred friends and family to her already. I also had the pleasure of dealing with Aleeza in the mortgages/sale progression team who was a dream. She was super responsive, very patient, always in contact with everyone in the chain and a major driving force behind the success and speed of the transaction, not to mention a lovely person to deal with. The Mansion Estates team were brilliant. I'd spoken with chain style agents in the area and all of them were focused on making the highest percentage and bad mouthing their competitors. Definitely not for me. Mansion were professional and let their service and competitive rates sell themselves. I dealt with Siyyaf to put my property on the market and get it sold. Within a day or so of marketing my property with Mansion Estates Siyyaff had the ad live across sale websites and lots of viewings arranged! Between Siyyaf and Hamza the viewings were arranged and executed quickly and professionally. It only took a matter of weeks to get an offer in and less than 3 months to complete across the transactions (would have been sooner had it not been for lackluster conveyancers outside of Mansion). The team have been amazing and I cannot sing their praises enough. If it's a choice between Mansion and any other local competitor, choose Mansion. You won't look back.... Read more
