I have rented from Matthew. He is a fantastic Landlord and from the beginning he has been attentive, with great communication and very helpful.
I was locked out of my flat, my phone almost dead in the freezing cold in the dead of night, and Matthew kindly drove over an hour and opened my front door with some spare keys.
He and the team are absolutely great.

If you want to be messed about by an agent, then look no further. I went to view a property for rent on 19/10/2023. Mathew showed me around and seemed very friendly and efficient. I told him immediately I wished to proceed further. I was sent an application link which I filled out straight away. On 20th and 22nd I messaged Mathew with no response back about what’s happening. 23-27th i have been calling the office twice a day with no update. Have been strung along for over a week with no communication about what’s happening with the property. Completely unprofessional and a waste of time to contact. They take advantage of the current rental crisis and someone being in a difficult situation.

Had an amazing experience with this agency for 2 years. Throughout my time renting a property through them, they were consistently available and willing to help with anything I needed, big or small. Natalia, in particular, always going above and beyond to ensure that my needs were met. My sister and I have just recently completed a 9 month stay at a rented property from Marlborough Homes and we both had a very great experience living in the flat. Both Matthew and Nataliya were very friendly, polite and very helpful throughout the 9 months. be it face to face. speaking on the telephone or emailing. They both treated me not only professionally but also very respectfully and never talked down to me or being rude and condescending. They were a big help in helping us with filling the forms and what documents need to be provided and were always available when we got stuck or confused during the process. They also both suggested a builder when we needed another builder to finish our house refurbishments without being asked and Nataliya came to our house after work to hel with the translation with the builder without being asked. They also allowed us to continue our rental contact on a rolling monthly basis after our 6 month contract had run out and the work on our house was still not completed without any hesitation But most of all, we may have never got our house done up in the first place because we had tried to find property previously to stay around 6 months and nothing was available. We are very grateful and thankful that Marlborough Homes gave us a chance when most letting agents wouldn't, in letting us rent one of their properties on a short term basis whilst our house was getting done up.

I Mr Sam Binet would like to say a big thank you to Matthew and his team @Malborough homes Inc Ltd.
Being a first time seller, I was quite nervous in going about selling my property.
But after meeting Matthews for the first time, I was reassured by his calmness and bedside manors.
Through out the whole process I was really impressed by Malborough homes work echo and how quickly they respond to myself and anything else that needed to be dealt with the whole time!
So if your looking to sell or even buy then Malborough homes Inc Ltd is the place to be, I highly recommend it!

After 10 years of renting in London and some not so great agencies/landlords, I cannot recommed Matthew and Nataliya at Marlborough Homes enough. They made the last few years of renting a breeze, dealing with all and every issue promptly

I have been extremely satisfied with the professional and responsive rental service offered for landlords. The online portal is excellent too. They found me the loveliest best tenants ever, who pay the rent on time every month and keep the flat spotless. Likewise, I am quick to respond with maintenance issues if the tap is dripping or the light fitting requires attention etc. The gas safety check arranged through them was also efficient and timely, and priced very reasonably ... less than I have paid in the past when I booked them myself! Thank you Marlborough homes for a very happy landlord and equally happy tenants I'm sure!

I have rented though Marlborough Homes for nearly 3 years. I have always found them professional, helpful, friendly, and understanding.
They replaced my fridge within 1 day when it made some weird noises, and repaired some water damage from a leaky window quickly.
I am surprised to read some of the other reviews here, and I think they were maybe written by their competitors!

If I could give them no stars I would.
Your rent will not be paid to you.
You will be bullied by an antisocial, manipulated and your property will be trashed. They will take no responsibility and try and blame you for their incompetence. They will breach their contract. I am currently having to go through ombudsman.

Awful agency.I don't recommend. Huge problem with deposit as I waited more than two months... I had a problem with the sink and 'use domestos' they said-very good advice.Electricity problem as they told me to 'top up by yourself' although on the contract it says 'no bills' and ...rats...rats...rats..horrible experience.

Worst agency ever!!!!! I am even surprised that they have positive comments!.... This agency is a joke! They are nice until they receive the money and get the signature on the contract,after that you will have to have bag of patience to deal with them regarding anything (unexpected phone call regardin "missed payment" even if the payment was done a week ago, no apology what so ever,unprofessional conversation-very unwelcome impression, contacting them million times regarding termination of the contract-still they are not aware of it :O :O :O ,waiting game about the deposit...

... that are just some examples of a "great customer service"
"Great business" that should really think of doing something else in life instead.
Nightmare that I will remember for very very long time....

Just bought our house through them, they have been really efficient calling us and letting us know they have been in touch with both solicitors and what everyone's waiting on. Couldn't recommend highly enough we have been dealing with Matthew who has been really helpful.

Even one star is not good for them.
They have been the worst agency I have ever dealt with. Once they get you a flat, they never answer your calls, and never call you back for repair calls.
Highly unprofessional, would not recommend to anyone ever...

In the 4 years I've been dealing with these guys, they've been super helpful, super quick to help with any issues and always polite. I wouldn't hesitate working with these guys in the future. Genuinely helpful, conscientious to a fault.
