My experience with bridgfords leeds is disgusting, Last month I moved into a flat in leeds which were represented by bridgford lettings and i found nothing working in that flat, everything was damaged over-there, lights were not working, no hot water, chairs were broken, mould over kitchen platform, we kept on complaining about that but nobody listened to us, then we decided to move out of that flat and we did early termination of the property because i was pregnant and I can’t afford to stay in that useless flat, and its been a month and half now, we were told that they found a new tenant and we were asked to return the keys and we did returned the keys but now they said they don’t have any new tenant for this property and we have to pay the rent even if we don’t have keys of the property, we no more stay there but still we have to pay the rent , the staff at brigdfords don’t have coordination in themselves, one person said something and other said entirely opposite scenario, they made our life hell with these confusions, this is so so so annoying to deal with the people like them, and when we call them they speak so rude nobody is listening to us.... Unnecessarily awkward to deal with, were really rude and slow on communication with my partner when discussing contract renewal with possible rent reduction due to the scaffolding. Attempted to book flat viewings with less than 24 hours notice which were then a no-show with no notice. Asked as nicely as possible to be contacted about any future viewings as I WFH but would be happy to move around calls etc. if they needed, absolutely zero compromise on their side as they haven’t bothered to do this. Can’t get through via phone most times we attempt to call to rectify issues.... Read more

Very disappointed with their customer service. Emailed the agent about the flat i I wanted to rent after viewing, no response and I had to check the property listed again to know if it’s been let already . It showed let agreed. At least inform us that property is off list the min someone takes it ! Trust the reviews of everyone here.... Read more
