Difficult market for our price point with no demand currently due to the uncertain global macroeconomic backdrop, interest rate cycle and outdated property purchase administration. Looking forward to all being on the blockchain so we can remove the legal middlemen

Not sure what to say, except communication is very bad and we were new to Masons and thought we would give them a go. Kind of regret that now. They get paid to do a job not just put up boards and collect customers like a coin collector collect ts coins.

Masons of Louth was the worst experience I’ve had to date with an estate agent for the following reasons
Over valued my property buy £40k which wasted 3 months on the market
2 views on speaking to the buyers they were not looking for my type of property and our property was not what they expected from what masons explained to them
At the end of our contract which was 3 months we gave 28 days notice to come of market which they did
Then 6 months later out of the blue masons threaten us with court action for a withdrawal fee which we were told nothing about when we originally signed up with them and this is a very confusing hidden fee in their tcs
Not a good estate agent and tell you lies and n my opinion steer well clear
Their is plenty of honest estate agents in Louth that will work with you

Melissa was vedy helpful. I got better information and feedback from her than I did from my own estate agent! I would highly recommend her to anyone wanting to sell.

Very poor service no customer care at all and none of them seem to communicate with each other as they obviously don't share notes on clients... They never know what is going on so an update is is pointless just some young girl babbling on the phone

I agree with other reviewers they are very snobby and arrogant nobody's ,the things they ask for in relation to rentals is disgusting I would not divulge these details in a court of law let alone a small town nobody estate agent. Get a grip with yourselves MASONS and remember just who you are small town estate agents We haven't even viewed any property yet and will go elsewhere with our large salary goodbye fools

Shockingly bad!.... No humility whatsoever and the members of staff I have had dealings with are the most arrogant, ignorant, snooty little madams I have ever experienced...Learn some respect and manners, for Gods sake!... And at least one of the 5 star reviews below are from a member of staff. Avoid!

My experience of selling was absolutely zero but thankfully Masons guided me through everything with great help and efficiency negotiating the sale of my mothers home making it a painless experience and I might add in record time too, many thanks to Simon and his extremely pleasant team.

Our experience with agents in the area has been very poor so far. My wife is an experienced international corporate psychologist and was very impressed with the sales advisor from Masons. Polite, friendly, professional, attentive and with great listening skills, she is a credit to the agency and the industry itself. We have fed back our thoughts in writing and verbally and only hope the young lady in question has received an appropriate pat on the back from her manager.
