However, there were many failings with my Solicitor and it was Crofts that kept in touch with me throughout and found out information for me. They were always friendly and professional and rang back when they said they would. They knew more then me at some stages and rang to check if I knew. I am very grateful for their service and help

Had I appreciated their excellent level of service I would have used them in my own recent property sale in preference to the company I used. Everyone there was very friendly and helpful but I must especially commend Rachel Wrisdale who looked after my interests from day one right through to completion. I can't recommend Crofts highly enough.

We just completed on our sale and used Crofts Louth team as the selling agents. They were great with dealing with a nervous firstime buyer. Rachel Emmerson almost handheld the buyers through the process and offered additional support to the buyers to keep the sale on track. Every time I called the office with a query I was called back promptly, great service from the full team.

Unprofessional never call you back and when you call again they pass you between the grimsby, immingham, and louth branch and none of them want to deal with your problem you rang about and get unrealistic quotes so they can keep your deposit never rent of this company!

Just completed on a house purchase, that was being marketed by Crofts of Louth.
The team at the Louth office were very professional and responded to my emails and calls pretty much straight away. I really can't fault the service that they provided and I wouldn't hesitate in recommending them to any prospective buyer, or seller.
A big shout out to Rachael Emmerson, at Crofts, who dealt with most of my correspondence and calls. Nothing was too much bother for her to deal with and everything was done promptly and in a friendly manner. AAA*
