Very rude staff on initial call. Not helpful at all and blunt. Tried to arrange a viewing on a property to be told no more viewings despite property still being on the market 3 weeks later from initial call. Emailed directly 3 weeks later to see what the situation is and not even had the decency to reply. Very poor and upon reading some of the other reviews I am not the only one to get the cold shoulder. Possibly the worst estate agents I’ve had to deal with, not a single care in the word when it came to the viewing and trying to buy a property. I got laughed at when asked for help on a reasonable price for a house, I would AVOID buying with this company especially if you have to deal with a lady called Katie.
