We recently entrusted Jeremy James to sell our home in Marylebone. We lived in this lovely neighbourhood for many years, and know full well that Jeremy James have - quite deservedly - a great and reputation for personalised service, local knowledge, expertise, honesty and professionality. Within just a few days we had a flurry of viewers, and when an offer came in, they guided us with great sensitivity through the entire process. Michael and Jeremy were always present, quickly answered any query on either side, and conducted the sale with the aplomb of the skillful and experienced negotiators they very clearly are. We are sad to have left Marylebone, but glad we did it in the least painful way possible by selling our beloved house with Jeremy James.

They seem completely uninterested in addressing any issues, no matter how many times you reach out, follow up, and chase. When they do respond, they are rude and unhelpful. It feels like they don't care at all, even when the rules are being breached. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone looking for reliable and respectful service.

As a company we have been in central London for 5 years, and through Jeremy James, have finally found the perfect space for the business to upgrade and expand into. Michael Cohen in particular has been extremely helpful, informative and courteous, answering all questions quickly, making special trips to meet us on several occasions, nothing was too difficult or last-minute.
Michael makes it very clear that he is experienced in his work and has supported us through the process in its entirety. Through Jeremy James, we have also been introduced to the most efficient lawyers we have ever worked with - a godsend. The practice move has been more smooth and far easier than we could ever have hoped for, based on past experience. I couldn't recommend them enough. With several property moves/leases under my belt, I can sincerely share that this is the highest quality service I have experienced.

Good agency with nice properties BUT do not rent any property to Gregory Perkins. He is the worst landlord ever. Very cheap landlord. Never do repeat correctly neither in time. Not responsive. Try to kept my deposit without the right.

This is the best agent in Marylebone with unique connections in the area (e.g. with the medical world) and have been operating extremely successfully for over 30 years. Jeremy and his son Michael have a very different approach to both buyers and sellers weaving them together without undue pressure being exercised but always present and willing to guide and support at all times. Transactions are closed via super appropriate guidance to all concerned. During the pandemic, being an owner-run business, they were the only choice as far as I was concerned since they put in the extra mile at all times. Apart from closing a sale transaction for me on Friday at a "dream" price, they also managed to rent two of my properties at this most difficult time without void periods! Absolutely amazing and I will never go anywhere else.

Working with Jeremy James was a pleasant experience; Jane and Tanya were helpful, communicated effectively, and always demonstrated professionalism. They were flexible and accommodating in initial set-up and move-in, considering that I was moving in from abroad which probably caused some extra work. They were responsive and helpful during the stay and fixed minor wear and tear in a timely manner. Overall, I had a good experience and would recommend Jeremy James to others searching for a place.

Jeremy James are so responsive and caring. Not living near means that I am extremely dependent on them and they are really responsive to mine and my tenants needs.
This was/is my home so the condition/maintenance of the home is so important. This agent has in my 4+ years been excellent in getting good caring tenants.

If your are looking to rent and your budget is below £600 pw, they will IGNORE your emails and calls. 'Jane Franks' has been ignoring our emails for a month or so now and we are simply asking her to email us some property options. And when we call she says there is a problem with their email system but will contact soon? Never contacts us afterwards. Awful to deal with.
I now understand why they have removed all their previous Google reviews due to all the negative ones they have received.

A year of hassle while building works surrounded us, repairs took an age and promises to fix the ‘new’ kitchen went on and on.
Nice agents but their developer clients never get anything fixed and a burglary with CCTV mysteriously unplugged by the contractors seems all too convenient. Avoid 21 Upper Wimpole Street if you were thinking of Renting. Flat 2 21 Upper Wimpole Street is not a good rental.
