Nishaad has been fantastic. He has been a great help as he helped me to get my apartment agreement with the landlord although the landlord was keen on selling the property rather than renting it. He offered the landlord a price that would convenience him to rent and secure my rent agreement. He did a lot of work in the weekend for that and also worked on sorting a parking space agreement which is vital to me. It was a pleasure to meet him as he has also been kind enough to go the extra mile my family who came from overseas looking for a property to buy as he helped with sales enquire. Although this is not his responsibility but he to toke the lead to show my family an apartment for sale during the weekend as they had very tight schedule on their trip in here.

As a landlord dealt with the lettings side of Chestertons at Kew and very impressed with the service I got from Sebastian Walters in particular - dealt with a quite complex tenancy in an excellent way, keeping me informed all the time, and dealing with/passing on any issues I had.

Having dealt with a few estate agents over the years I cannot recommend Lizzy and Daniel at Chestertons enough.

The property sold within 1 day of it going online and had many offers and everything was simple. I think the biggest compliment I can pay to these guys is it was easy for me and I had little to do.

They have handled a long distance sale for me and have continually gone above and beyond. Due the current situation they have handled everything for me in style and handled any issues along the way exceptionally well.

Both Daniel and Lizzy are so easy to work with and have made the sale actually quite a pleasure despite the stresses and issues that come with a house sale.

As I mentioned I honestly cannot recommend Chestertons and in particular Daniel and Lizzy enough. And I cannot thank them enough either.

The team at Chestertons were brilliant. Jasmine was my estate agent and her customer service skills are second to none. She happily answered my many questions and concerns promptly and went out of her way to help. This made the process of moving the smoothest I've ever experienced.
