As a landlord would not recommend MH properties at all, don't be fooled by the £30 a month management fee, in return you'll get inflated maintenance charges and shoddy repair jobs, less rent than what they're actually charging your tenants (when I queried why the rent stated in the tenancy agreement was more than what I was receiving I was informed they can do that because anything above the rent I agreed on is theirs to keep so I was getting £30 per month less rent plus being charged £30! When I asked them to increase the rent on my property I was told my property couldn't command that rent, yet they decided to increase the rent and pocket the extra for themselves. Its nothing but theft! a reputable estate agent may charge more but at least you are guaranteed a quality service. Contact states quarterly inspections yet these were not carried out. Why take deposits when they don't bother deducting tenants deposits for damage caused to your property. Poor quality tenants that will sublet your property, with MH properties fully aware of what is happening at your property. Dishonest and unprofessional. Would never use them again was so disappointed to get my house back after 3 years to find it in the state it was in.... Read more

Wouldn't even give it one star if i had the option. Unreasonable manager, employees, id say the company is barely legal. Takes deposits then tells you you cant have the property. People will be sent round if you fail to pay rent, doubt that is legal. They know the state of every property they sell and that they are dirty, but will persuade you to buy it. However when you get problems with property, you could be waiting months and months for them to even bother. Feel sorry for anyone who works there, it isn't an employer who cares for your well being. young employees left there all day. I'm sure if the law truly got involved this company would not still be standing!!... Read more

I'm am advising anyone who is thinking of having a property from MH PROPERTIES not to bother i went with them i put my deposit down with them only for them to keep giving me excuses to a move in date i waited 3 months to get the answer that we can no longer have the property. They expect you to put all the money down and moan when you refuse, they also moan and give excuses for when you want your money back. PLEASE AVOID AT ALL COSTS... Read more
