So where to start.....
From the moment I reached out to inquire about this property upon till I received my keys Matt gave me advice and assurance along the way (He's also gained a new friend and defiantly a returning customer.
Matt took pride in meeting me and showing me around the property.
There was no forced conversations just straight up talk in what I was after and if this would be the right property, I believe matt took his time prior when the vendor wanted to list the property to inspection the condition of the property along with its surrounding areas to assure he would give the potential buyer the upmost truth about it.
Along the way we had a few hurdles but matt was understanding and relayed the information to the vendor for us, Like wise when we needed additional info matt was a phone call away to chat to and get to the required from the vendor at the earliest possibility.
Im so confident in matt I will also be listing my house using his services.

I have contacted Priory Property Services on more than one occasion to organise viewings on properties they have listed on Zoopla. None of the agents call you back when they say they will, no response to emails and we have been lied to. Over a month ago there was a property listed on Zoopla with Priory, me and my partner contacted Priory and spoke to an agent who said we would be able to book a viewing on Friday as they had not received the keys to the property yet. So, we were planning on waiting until the Friday before we called them again. Within 24 hours after our phone call with Priory the property had been sold as it was marked as SOLD on Zoopla. We are still looking to buy a property and hate to see properties listed with Priory after our experience!

I had the most helpful estate agent who kept me updated about everything that was happening throughout the process of being accepted for the house and very helpful with knowing the history of the house and being quick to answer any questions I had when I was viewing the house. I've used many agents over the years when buying/selling property, and I can honestly say Priory have been the best.
From the first call to the office, to the valuation and listing, Priory were extremely quick and professional. The house was listed the following day and we sold within the week for over the asking price.
Since then, we've been in regular contact and they really have looked after us, keeping us updated with the sale and giving advice when needed. They really have taken the time to look after us and make the sale of our house go as smoothly as possible.

Absolute shambles of a booking system. They listed a property in Etruria, Lady Smith road via Rightmove, instantly called to book a viewing-I was told to message on Rightmove. Which I did, no reply. Rang again the following day they told me they were flooded with requests and will get back to me asap. Patiently waited again. Rung today to see when the viewings will commence and told they will call me Monday if the property is still available? No control whatsoever of managing appointments. Disappointing is a understatement. Clear indication why vendors now use online portals such as Purple Bricks as the vendor is always in control. Avoid at all costs.

Then we saw a really nice house to rent at a decent price that was listed by Priory, and we knew it was the one. The service of the team was faultless from beginning to end. Having faced some problems in the run up to selling our property Matt and the team have been terrific. They care about their customers, they listen, understand and help in any way they can. A large amount of work was carried out prior to sale, where Matt and the team were able to hold a key for the property and liaise with contractors to allow entry. The property was marketed perfectly with 'offers over' - and through this and great service from the team, the best sale price was reached in as short as time as possible. I have used priory property services a couple of times now and can absolutely recommend their service, we did consider an internet based service which was cheaper in price however overall i believe we would have took longer to sell, wasted time with unqualified viewers and most probabaly ended up taking a lower offer if the sale dragged out, so overall Priory represent a higher yielding sale opportunity with a professional timely service in my opinion, great value for money for the service you get. Throughout our search for a property to move out young family into, we haven’t come into contact with any agents who meet the standard of efficiency and professionalism offered by Matt in Tunstall. My request to view the property was responded to promptly, and the booking process was easy and convenient. Matt has been transparent throughout about fees and costs associated with the process, and at no point did we feel pressure to make any decisions on the spot. We have had some trouble with late references which have been handled kindly and patiently by Matt and the team, where many agents would have re-listed the property. We are being granted access to the property to measure dimensions, which is usually a no go until move in day. Any request we have had has been more than accommodated, and we would highly recommend Priory to others.

We purchased a property advertised with Priory Property Service's Tunstall office. They were quick to arrange viewings, negotiate offers and respond to e-mails. I felt that they could have been firmer with their vendor to speed up completion in light of an unnecessary delay, especially as our offer was conditional on rapid completion. Sadly I found that the company were hostile to feedback when I stressed this issue to their office staff. I feel a 3* review is fair, as everything else was handled well. It would easily be a 5* review if the company were firmer with vendors who accepted offers conditional on a quick sale, and were more open to receiving constructive criticism.

My wife and I were so lucky to find estate agents such as Priory Property. We were looking for an investment property which was for sale via Priory and were so impressed by the team there headed by Paula and Matt that we ended up buying FIVE properties in all over a period of time - every one of the purchases were conducted speedily, seamlessly and professionally. All of our properties are let through the Priory team. If any issues arise (very rarely), they are dealt with at once and we are always kept fully informed.
I cannot stress enough about the thoroughly professional approach and attention to detail they have given us throughout the last 7 years or so, when my wife died last year, Paula really helped me to manage our properties for me, finding new tenants at a difficult time, taking an immense amount of strain off me. We were so lucky to have such conscientious people like them working in our interest.
We could not have wished to be involved with such a great partnership as the team at Priory both as buyers and landlords and I am proud to be associated with them. There are not many estate agents around like these guys. I have no hesitation at all recommending them to other purchasers, in fact I have done so recently, which resulted in another sale for them and that property is now let too!
Long may they continue to offer such a great service to all their customers.

Priory were recommended to me by somebody who was using them, so I gave them a go and have been delighted with the service from start to finish. I have used other very well known high street agents in the past but Priory beat them hands down in every respect!! Their approach is professional yet friendly and personal, excellent customer service. Would definitely use them in the future.

I had my house up for sale through another local agent for 4 months and always felt that after a viewing (I had four) I was the one who chased the agent for feedback. I left them and went with Priory on the Monday, got a call on Tuesday, did a viewing on Wednesday and accepted an offer (after a little negotiation) on Thursday. Absolutely amazed and very impressed with the professionalism of the tema at Priory. Will definitely recommend these guys to anyone I know who is selling.
